Abstract

This research was conducted with the purpose of knowing the effect of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover on Stock Returns through capital structure. The population in this study is the infrastructure sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 to 2020. The research sample was 14 which was obtained by saturated sample. The data collection technique used is library technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study, it shows that (1) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, (2) Activity has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, (3) Liquidity has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns, (4) Activity has a negative effect and significant to stock returns, (5) Capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns, (6) Liquidity has no effect on stock returns through capital structure, (7) Activity has no effect on stock returns through capital structure. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Total Asst Turn Over terhadap Return Saham Melalui Struktur Modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016 sampai 2020. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 14 yang diperoleh dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (2) Aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, (4) Aktivitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, (5) Struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, (6) Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham melalui struktur modal, (7) Aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham melalui struktur modal.
