Abstract

In various sectors of life in this era, we cannot avoid advances in technology and information. Technology and information that are increasingly developing make the amount of data that cannot be counted. So with the data mining process, data that cannot be counted in number can be identified and predicted to help human work. This data mining process does not stand alone but is assisted by methods such as those used by this web-based performance evaluation application, namely the scoring system method. Which is where this method works to determine, predict and facilitate decision making to determine the filling of an empty position. Where only personnel who meet the classification and criteria are able to occupy the vacant positions, which match the required qualifications. Another feature that concerns in this application is as a matter of reporting performance achievement, analysis and evaluation results to make it easier in terms of monitoring, which later the Legal Division and its ranks can find out all forms of information related to the duties and functions of the Police Legal Division. Key words: Data mining, information technology, data, scoring system methods, performance evaluation applications Di berbagai sektor kehidupan pada era ini kita tidak dapat menghindar dari kemajuan teknologi dan informasi. Teknologi dan informasi yang semakin hari semakin berkembang membuat banyaknya data yang tidak dapat dihitung jumlahnya. Maka dengan adanya proses data mining, data-data yang tidak dapat dihitung jumlahnya dapat di identifikasi dan di prediksi untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia. Proses data mining ini tidak berdiri sendiri melainkan dibantu dengan metode seperti yang digunakan oleh aplikasi evaluasi kinerja berbasis web ini yaitu metode scoring system. Yang dimana metode ini bekerja untuk menentukan, memprediksi dan mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pengisian dari suatu jabatan yang kosong. Dimana hanya personel yang memenuhi klasifikasi dan kriteria yang mampu menduduki jabatan kosong tersebut, yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan. Adapun fitur lain yaitu berkenaan dalam aplikasi ini adalah sebagai hal pelaporan pencapaian kinerja, hasil analisa dan evaluasi untuk mempermudah dalam hal monitoring, yang nantinya Divisi Hukum beserta jajaran dapat mengetahui segala bentuk informasi yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan fungsi Divisi Hukum Polri.
