Abstract

The culinary business is now growing and the culinary business competition is getting tougher. Intense competition has made business people, especially food stalls, start competing in introducing their business brand. Visual identity is an important aspect that makes it easier for consumers to remember business brands, especially logos. A logo is the main identity that can convey a brand impression and provide a strong presence in the market. One of the businesses that has a visual identity is Kedai Sultan, but after analysis it turns out that Kedai Sultan's visual identity is still not in accordance with its vision and business mission, so it can make the impression it wants to give is not conveyed properly. . Through this design, the author wants to create a new visual identity for Kedai Sultan to match its vision and mission and create a strong visual identity for Kedai Sultan to attract more people's attention. Keywords: visual identity, logo, food stalls. Bisnis kuliner kini semakin berkembang dan persaingan bisnis kuliner semakin ketat. Persaingan yang ketat membuat para pelaku bisnis terutama kedai makan mulai bersaing dalam memperkenalkan brand dari usahanya. Identitas visual menjadi salah satu aspek penting yang memudahkan konsumen dalam mengingat brand usaha, terutama logo. Logo menjadi identitas utama yang dapat menyampaikan kesan brand dan memberikan keberadaan yang kuat di pasar. Salah satu usaha yang memiliki identitas visual adalah Kedai Sultan, namun setelah dilakukan analisis, ternyata identitas visual Kedai Sultan masih belum sesuai dengan visi misi usahanya, sehingga bisa membuat kesan yang ingin diberikan tidak tersampaikan dengan baik. Melalui perancangan ini, penulis ingin menghasilkan identitas visual yang baru untuk Kedai Sultan agar sesuai dengan visi misinya dan membuat identitas visual yang kuat untuk Kedai Sultan agar lebih menarik perhatian masyarakat. Kata Kunci: identitas visual, logo, kedai makan.
