Abstract

PT IBRAND adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa konsultan branding and design. Didalam sistem pengecekan tagihan sampai ke pembuatan laporan masih menggunakan cara sederhana yang dilakukan oleh bagian keuangan dan mengalami keterlambatan dalam melakukan proses pengolahan data. Di dalam waktu tertentu perusahaan akan mengalami ketidakmampuan mengontrol sumber daya, sehingga didalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan strategis akan menjadi terhambat. Oleh karena itu perusahaan membutuhkan sistem yang lebih efisien dan efektif dalam pengecekan tagihan. Perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi penagihan ini merupakan sebuah solusi yang berisikan data dari klien, status tagihan dan pembuatan laporan. Analisa dan desain ini nantinya akan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan program NetBeans. Semoga dengan analisa ini diharapkan dapat mengintegrasi suatu data dari masing-masing fungsi kerja, mempermudah bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan tagihan, pembuatan laporan serta memberikan segala jenis informasi yang bisa diakses dan diolah didalam satu sistem secara cepat dan meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik. Kata Kunci : Informasi Penagihan, Perancangan Aplikasi PT IBRAND is a company that specializes in branding and design consultant . In the system of checking the bill up to the preparation of reports still use the simple way that is done by the finance department and experienced delay in processing the data . In particular within the company will experience an inability to control the resources , so that in taking strategic decisions will be hampered . Therefore, companies need a system that is more efficient and effective in checking bills . This billing system application design is a solution that contains data from the client , the status of the bill and report generation . Analysis and design will be developed using NetBeans program. Hopefully with this analysis is expected to integrate the data from each work function, ease the financial part in checking the bills, preparing reports and providing all kinds of information that can be accessed and processed in one system quickly and improve good service.
