Abstract

This study uses a case study project of renovation and connection of the Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) between Untar I and II Campuses on Jl. S Parman and Jl. Tanjung Duren. This project has been through several stages of inspection before being implemented. When the project progress reached 50%, there was a design change from the government (Bina Marga) because of the elevation of arterial roads to reduce flooding in the area. There is a road elevation under the existing bridge as high as 40 cm, and it is also necessary to raise the level of the bridge which refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). So that it affects costs and time. The method used is the cost comparison analysis and the time comparison when the progress is 50% with the result of the design changes that occur. And alternative methods of project completion acceleration. In the comparison of costs, the percentage results of the amount of time due to design changes to the construction work of the pedestrian bridge connection (JPO) on Campus I and II Untar is 43.90% of the initial RAB value. And experienced an increase in costs previously at the time of 50% progress of Rp. 2,011,257,974 to Rp. 2,894,261,864 by accelerating the alternative duration of overtime work to Rp. 2,992,291,643, alternative II additional labor of Rp. 3,102,088,888, alternative III Rp. 3,075,604,338. In the comparison of time, the percentage of the time due to design changes to the construction work of the pedestrian bridge connection (JPO) on Campus I and II Untar is 63.64% from the initial planned time according to the schedule. So, a more economical alternative due to changes in the design of the construction of a pedestrian bridge connection (JPO) on Campus I and II Untar is to use the alternative I system of overtime work. Where the overtime work system results in an additional cost of at least Rp. 98,029,779 so that the work due to design changes and accelerated duration becomes Rp. 2,992,291,643. Keywords: Acceleration of Project Completion, Cost, Design Change, Pedestrian Bridge (JPO), Time Pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus proyek pelaksanaan renovasi dan penyambungan Jembatan Penyeberangan Orang (JPO) antara Kampus Untar I dan II di Jl. S Parman dan Jl. Tanjung Duren. Proyek in telah melewati beberapa tahap pemeriksaan sebelum di laksanakan. Pada saat progress proyek mencapai 50% teradapat perubahan desain dari pihak Bina Marga dikarenakan adanya peninggian jalan arteri untuk mengurangi banjir di wilayah tersebut. Adanya peninggian jalan dibawah jembatan existing setinggi 40 cm, dan di perlukan juga peninggian levelling jembatan yang mengacu pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Sehingga hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap biaya dan waktu. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis perbandingan biaya dan perbandingan waktu saat progress 50% dengan akibat perubahan desain yang terjadi. Dan metode alternatif percepatan penyelesaian proyek. Pada perbandingan biaya di dapatkan hasil persentase besarnya waktu akibat perubahan desain terhadap pekerjaan konstruksi pembangunan penyambungan jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) di Kampus I dan II Untar adalah sebesar 43,90% dari nilai RAB awal. Dan mengalamai kenaikan biaya yang sebelumnya pada saat progres 50% sebesar Rp 2.011.257.974 menjadi Rp. 2.894.261.864 dengan percepat durasi alternatif I kerja lembur menjadi Rp. 2.992.291.643, alternatif II tambahan tenaga kerja Rp. 3.102.088.888, alternatif III kerja bergantian Rp. 3.075.604.338. Pada perbandingan waktu di dapatkan hasil persentase besarnya waktu akibat perubahan desain terhadap pekerjaan konstruksi pembangunan penyambungan jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) di Kampus I dan II Untar adalah sebesar 63,64% dari waktu awal rencana menurut schedule. Maka, alternatif yang lebih ekonomis akibat berubahan desain pekerjaan konstruksi pembangunan penyambungan jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) di Kampus I dan II Untar ialah dengan menggunakan alternatif I sistem kerja lembur. Dimana sistem kerja lembur mengakibatkan penambahan biaya paling kecil Rp 98.029.779 sehingga pekerjaan akibat perubahan desain dan percepatan durasi menjadi Rp. 2.992.291.643.
