Abstract

Title: Analysis of Productivity of Passenger Hoist on Floor Slabs (Case Study: Thamrin Nine Phase 1 Project, Central Jakarta) Name: Ayuk Nur Hidayani, NIM: 41116120140, Supervisor: Lily Kholida, S.T., M.T., 2020 The choice of heavy equipment to be used is a very important factor in carrying out work in the field. In selecting a construction tool, it is important to identify a tool to estimate the work productivity of the tool. One of the heavy equipment used for multi-storey buildings is a passenger hoist. The passenger hoist is a device that has the same function as the passenger lift, namely to transport people or goods which are mostly used in areas outside the building for mining or construction. In the construction of the Thamrin Nine Phase 1 project in Central Jakarta, there are several passenger hoists that are used as a tool for workers to make work easier. The passenger hoist in the project is considered less productive, this is due to the lack of number of passenger hoists to transport the number of existing workers, as well as the ineffective use of the passenger hoist aids and the increasing duration of the project. The writing of the Final Project uses a descriptive analysis method, where the data obtained from various sources are then analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 for the comparison of the productivity results of each passenger hoist group. Based on the results of the analysis by observation, the productivity value of Passenger Hoist (PH 1) is 240org / hour, at an average hoisting speed of 135.57 m / minute. And the productivity influence factor on the passenger hoist is the management factor. This is due to the number of tools used that do not accommodate, as well as not smooth communication between planning, equipment staff and passenger hoist operators. Dalam pemilihan alat konstruksi yang penting adalah mengidentifikasi alat untuk memperkirakan produktivitas kerja alat. salah satu alat berat yang digunakan untuk bangunan bertingkat adalah passenger hoist. Passenger hoist merupakan alat yang fungsinya sama dengan passenger lift yaitu untuk mengangkut orang ataupun barang yang kebanyakan dipakai di area luar gedung baik untuk mining ataupun construction. Pada pembangunan proyek Thamrin Nine Phase 1 Jakarta Pusat, terdapat beberapa passenger hoist yang di gunakan sebagai alat bantu pekerja untuk memudahkan dalam perkerjaan. Passenger hoist yang ada di proyek tersebut dinilai kurang produktiv, hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya jumlah passenger hoist untuk mengangkut jumlah pekerja yang ada, serta kurang efektifnya dalam penggunaan alat bantu passenger hoist tersebut dan bertambahnya durasi proyek yang semakin lama. Penulisan Tugas Akhir mengunakan metode deskriptif analisis, dimana data-data yang didapat dari berbagai sumber selanjutnya dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS 24 untuk proses perbandingan hasil produktivitas tiap group passenger hoist. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan observasi, nilai produktivitas Passenger Hoist (PH 1) sebesar 240org/jam, pada kecepatan rata-rata hoisting sebesar 135,57 m/menit. Dan Faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pada Passenger Hoist yaitu faktor manajemen. Hal ini disebabkan dengan jumlah alat yang digunakan tidak mewadahi, serta tidak lancarnya komunikasi antara perencaaan, staff peralatan dan operator Passenger Hoist.
