Abstract

The growth of the construction and structural fabrication industry has become a critical aspect in supporting sustainable infrastructure development in many countries. One of the main factors of concern in this industry is improving productivity and quality in the structural fabrication process. In an effort to achieve this, structural fabrication organizations are increasingly adopting innovative and efficient project management methodologies. A descriptive exploratory approach was used in this study using surveys, discussions, as well as direct data collection in the field. Scrum and Lean Six Sigma integration research based on DMAIC and Value Stream Mapping methods. Based on quality assurance data and company business goals that lead to customer satisfaction with quality and productivity. And to achieve the company's goals with direct observation in the field found critical to quality that needs to be improved in the future where there is waste in the form of transportation, storage, defects.The integration of LSS in the Scrum framework to improve the quality of Structural Steel fabrication has a positive impact in several aspects including defect identification, tighter quality control, improved production processes, increased customer satisfaction, reduced re-work costs, increased quality awareness and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Words: LSS, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, Steel Structure Pertumbuhan industri konstruksi dan fabrikasi struktur telah menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur yang berkelanjutan di banyak negara. Salah satu faktor utama yang menjadi perhatian dalam industri ini adalah peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas dalam proses fabrikasi struktural. Dalam upaya mencapai hal ini, organisasi fabrikasi struktural semakin mengadopsi metodologi manajemen proyek yang inovatif dan efisien. Pendekatan eksploratif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan survei, diskusi, serta pengumpulan data langsung di lapangan. Penelitian integrasi Scrum dan Lean Six Sigma berdasarkan metode DMAIC dan Value Stream Mapping. Menurut data jaminan kualitas dan tujuan bisnis perusahaan yang bermuara pada kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas dan produktivitas. Serta untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dengan pengamatan langsung di lapangan ditemukan critical to quality yang perlu diperbaiki kedepannya dimana terdapat pemborosan berupa transportasi, penyimpanan, defect. Integrasi LSS dalam kerangka kerja Scrum untuk meningkatkan kualitas fabrikasi Structural Steel memberikan dampak positif dalam beberapa aspek diantaranya adalah identifikasi defect, kontrol kualitas yang lebih ketat, perbaikan proses produksi, peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, pengurangan biaya re-work, peningkatan kesadaran kualitas dan budaya perbaikan yang berkesinambungan.
