Abstract

In comparing a building to different earthquake areas, it is hoped that it will remain at a high level of safety or safety factor. This is so that we can pay attention to the safety factor as the main factor and of course refer to the limits that have been indicated by SNI. Structural calculations are carried out carefully, accurately and using special software for structural calculations and are carried out according to the rules in the planning. This research was conducted in order to make a good contribution to the output/design in terms of the strength of the building structure. The dimensions of the structure that are considered safe are able to stand in several specified areas. Because the weight of a structure certainly affects the behavior of the structure in some of these areas. This study was carried out by dynamic response analysis using ETABS software, combined mass variance participation analysis by maintaining at least 90 percent of the actual mass, and the floor drift of the design level () must not exceed the floor drift of the allowable level (a) in accordance with SNI 1726:2012.. From the results of the design comparison at this writing, it turns out that the largest base shear from earthquake (3) in the Earthquake Region is 4312.63 KN in the x direction and 4353.35 KN in the y direction. Namely in the earthquake zone V. The percentage of decrease in the base shear value of 3 (three) earthquakes to the spectral response is 32.35% in the Earthquake Zone II – x ; 32.12% Earthquake Zone II – y ; 33.39% Earthquake Zone I – x ; 33.51% Earthquake Zone Area I – y ; 34.81% Earthquake Zone V – x ; 34.37% Earthquake Zone V – y. Dalam membandingkan suatu bangunan terhadap wilayah gempa yang berbeda di harapkan tetap dalam tingkat keamanan atau safety faktor yang tinggi. Hal ini agar dapat memperhatikan faktor keamanan menjadi faktor utama dan tentunya mengacu pada batasan yang sudah di isyaratkan oleh SNI. Perhitungan struktur dikerjakan secara teliti, akurat dan menggunakan software khusus untuk perhitungan struktur serta dikerjakan sesuai aturan-aturan dalam perencanaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik terhadap output/desain dalam kekuatan struktur bangunan. Dimensi struktur yang di anggap aman mampu berdiri pada beberapa wilayah yang di tentukan. Karena berat suatu struktur tentunya berpengaruh terhadap perilaku struktur pada beberapa wilayah itu tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis respon dinamik menggunakan software ETABS, analisis partisipasi ragam massa terkombinasi dengan mempertahankan paling sedikit 90 persen dari massa aktual, serta simpangan antar lantai tingkat desain () tidak boleh melebihi simpangan antar lantai tingkat ijin (a) sesuai dengan SNI 1726:2012.. Dari hasil perbandingan desain pada penulisan ini ternyata Base shear terbesar dari gempa (3) Wilayah Gempa sebesar 4312.63 KN arah x dan 4353.35 KN arah y. Yaitu pada wilayah gempa zona V. Presentase penurunan nilai base shear dari 3 (tiga) gempa terhadap respon spektra yaitu sebesar 32.35% Wilayah Zona Gempa II – x ; 32.12% Wilayah Zona Gempa II – y ; 33.39% Wilayah Zona Gempa I – x ; 33.51% Wilayah Zona Gempa I – y ; 34.81% Wilayah Zona Gempa V – x ; 34.37% Wilayah Zona Gempa V – y.
