Abstract

The Indonesian football competition provides such a big prize for the winner. This made various clubs do anything to win, including fixing the score. Score fixing is done in order to smooth the way for a club to become a winner in the highest competition in Indonesian football. In addition, score fixing is also carried out because there are bets that promise big prizes. The purpose of the researcher is to find out the reception of 10 broadcasting students who read the news of Indonesian League 3 fixing in the online news portal detik.com In this study, researchers used reception analysis method. This method uses the encoding/decoding concept of Stuart Hall which was formed in 1980. The method used is to ask the audience about the reception, opinion, and feelings they get after seeing a news fixing score in the Indonesian 3rd league. In this case to get the results of the research "Broadcasting Student Reception on Indonesian League 3 Score Fixing News on Detik.com Online News Portal". Then the researcher uses the message content approach from Stuart Hall, namely by positioning the audience based on 3 types of positions, namely Dominant Hegemony, Negotiating Position and Opposition. Researcher data collection techniques through Primary and Secondary Data. The results of the study were that the ten informants looked at the different meanings of the message content to interpret the score fixing case in the Indonesian Football League 3 on the online news portal detik.com, based on Stuart Hall's theory of Dominant Hegemony, the researcher saw the ten broadcasting student informants receive the message content about the news on the match fixing case in the Indonesian Football League 3 on the online news portal detik.com is very good. Then in the Negotiation Position, of the ten informants there were several informants who were still considering the message in the news of the match fixing case in the Indonesian Football League 3, and in this study the researcher did not find any interpretation of the Opposition position from the ten broadcsating student informants who had answered various questions interviews from researchers. The conclusion is is that the ten informants saw different meanings in the content of the message to interpret the match-fixing case in the Indonesian Football League 3 on the online news portal detik.com Keywords : Football, League 3, Match Fixing, Reception Analysis, Online Media Kompetisi sepak bola Indonesia menyediakan hadiah yang begitu besar bagi pemenangnya. Hal tersebut membuat berbagai klub untuk berbuat apa saja agar dapat menjadi pemenang, termasuk pengaturan skor. Pengaturan skor dilakukan demi memuluskan langkah sebuah klub menjadi pemenang di kompetisi tertinggi sepak bola Indonesia. Selain itu, pengaturan skor juga dilakukan karena terdapat perjudian yang menjanjikan hadiah besar. Tujuan peneliti adalah ingin mengetahui resepsi dari 10 mahasiswa broadcasting yang membaca berita pengaturan skor Liga 3 Indonesia dalam portal berita online detik.com Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis resepsi. Metode ini menggunakan konsep encoding/decoding milik Stuart Hall yang dibentuk tahun 1980. Metode yang dilakukan ialah bertanya pada khalayak tentang resepsi, pendapat, dan perasaan yang didapat setelah melihat sebuah berita pengaturan skor di liga 3 indonesia. Dalam hal ini untuk mendapatkan hasil dari penelitian “Resepsi Mahasiswa Broadcasting Pada Berita Pengaturan Skor Liga 3 Indonesia Di Portal Berita Online Detik.com”. Kemudian peneliti menggunakan pendekatan isi pesan dari Stuart Hall yaitu dengan memposisikan khalayak berdasarkan 3 jenis posisi yaitu Dominan Hegemoni, Posisi Negosiasi dan Oposisi. Tehnik pengumpulan data peneliti melalui Data Primer dan Sekunder. Hasil Penelitian adalah kesepuluh informan memandang pemaknaan yang berbeda terhadap isi pesan untuk memaknai kasus pengaturan skor di Liga 3 sepak bola Indonesia pada portal berita online detik.com, berdasarkan teori dari Stuart Hall tentang Dominan Hegemoni, peneliti melihat kesepuluh informan mahasiswa broadcasting menerima isi pesan tentang berita kasus pengaturan skor di Liga 3 sepak bola Indonesia pada portal berita online detik.com dengan sangat baik. Kemudian dalam Posisi Negosiasi, dari kesepuluh informan ada beberapa informan yang masih mempertimbangkan pesan dalam berita kasus pengaturan skor di Liga 3 sepak bola Indonesia ini, dan pada penelitian ini peneliti tidak menemukan adanya interpretasi pada posisi Oposisi dari kesepuluh informan mahasiswa broadcsating yang telah menjawab beragam pertanyaan wawancara dari peneliti. Kesimpulan nya adalah kesepuluh informan memandang pemaknaan yang berbeda terhadap isi pesan untuk memaknai kasus pengaturan skor di Liga 3 sepak bola Indonesia pada portal berita online detik.com Kata Kunci : Sepak Bola, Liga 3, Pengaturan Skor, Analisis Resepsi, Media Online
