Abstract
The selection of a competent supplier is one of the important factors to be able to compete with other companies. PT. ABC, a company located in Sunter, is engaged in automotive manufacturing. In 2020 PT. ABC experienced several line stops caused by several factors, such as the number of defective parts when the parts arrived at the incoming warehouse, and during the quality check process, the discrepancies in the quality of the goods sent were compared to the specifications. Three of them are bumper suppliers. The purpose of this study is to design an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model that can be used to determine the criteria along with the weight of the criteria and determine alternative suppliers which are the top priority in selecting suppliers.Based on data processing using the AHP method, 5 criteria were obtained, namely quality, price, delivery, capability, and service. With the greatest value on the quality criteria which is equal to 30%. While the priority for Bumper suppliers is PT C with the highest score of 12.49, and PT E is a supplier that is not prioritized because it is in the lowest position with a value of 5.68. Keywords: AHP, Bumper, supplier priority, criteria Pemilihan supplier yang kompeten merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting untuk dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. PT. ABC, perusahaan yang berada di Sunter ini, bergerak di bidang manufaktur otomotif. Dalam kurun waktu tahun 2020 PT. ABC mengalami beberapa kali line stop yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti banyaknya part yang cacat (Defect) pada saat part tersebut sampai di warehouse incoming dan pada saat proses check quality, ketidaksesuaian kualitas barang yang dikirim dibandingkan dengan spesifikasi. Tiga diantaranya supplier bumper. Tujuan penelitian ini merancang sebuah model AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) yang dapat digunakan untuk menetukan kriteria beserta bobot kriteria dan menentukan supplier alternatif yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam pemilihan supplier Bumper.Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode AHP, didapatkan 5 kriteria yaitu kualitas, harga, pengiriman, kapabilitas, dan pelayanan. Dengan nilai terbesar pada kriteria kualitas yaitu sebesar 30%. Sedangkan prioritas supplier Bumper yaitu PT C dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu sebesar 12,49, dan PT E adalah supplier yang tidak diprioritaskan karena berada diposisi terbawah dengan nilai 5.68.
