Abstract

With the increase of population in urban areas that are not accompanied by an increase in available transportation facilities, an imbalance will emerge between the existing public infrastructure and urban mobility. Therefore, the DKI Jakarta government provides a solution, which is to provide Transjakarta Bus as public transportation facilities. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating and obtaining operational performance values for the Transjakarta Bus corridor 13B. The data needed in this research were obtained by carrying out a direct survey in the field with an onboard survey system for one day from morning to night. In assessing operational performance, this research refers to the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation Number 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 concerning Technical Guidelines for Organizing Public Passenger Transportation in Urban Areas on Fixed and Regular Routes. From the results of this research, it was obtained a B value on the frequency indicator, and a C value on the headway time indicator. This shows that the operational performance of the Transjakarta Bus corridor 13B for the Puri Beta 2 – West Pancoran route still needs to be improved in order to provide satisfactory service for passengers of the Transjakarta Bus corridor 13B, especially in the aspect of headway time so that passengers do not have to wait too long to be able to use Transjakarta Bus corridor 13B. From the results of calculating the value for the operational performance of the Transjakarta Bus corridor 13B as a whole, it is found that the operational performance value obtained is in the "GOOD" category. Keywords: Transportation, Transjakarta Bus, Operational Performance, Headway Time Dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk di perkotaan serta tidak bertambahnya fasilitas transportasi yang tersedia maka akan muncul ketidakseimbangan antara infrastruktur publik yang ada dengan mobilitas perkotaan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah DKI Jakarta memberikan solusi yang salah satunya adalah memberikan fasilitas sarana transportasi umum Bus Transjakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memperoleh nilai kinerja operasional Bus Transjakarta koridor 13B. Data yang diperlukan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melaksanakan survey langsung di lapangan dengan sistem onboard survey selama satu hari dari pagi hingga malam. Dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja operasional, penelitian ini mengacu pada SK Dirjen Perhubungan Darat Nomor 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Penumpang Umum di Wilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai B pada indikator frekuensi, dan nilai C pada indikator waktu antara/headway time. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja operasional Bus Transjakarta koridor 13B rute Puri Beta 2 – Pancoran Barat masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar dapat memberikan layanan yang memuaskan bagi para penumpang Bus Transjakarta koridor 13B, terutama pada aspek headway time agar penumpang tidak perlu menunggu terlalu lama untuk dapat menggunakan Bus Transjakarta koridor 13B. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai bobot terhadap kinerja operasional Bus Transjakarta koridor 13B keseluruhan diperoleh bahwa nilai kinerja operasional yang didapat masuk dalam kategori “BAIK” .
