Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (2020) on March 24, 2020 issued a circuler regarding the implementation of educational policies during the emergency period of the spread of corona disease with one of the main policies regarding distance learning. Therefore with this regulation, the impact on teachers is that they must be able to carry out the learning process effectively online at home, teachers are required to be able to teach online, teachers abilities in information technology are needed online.The purpose of this final project research is to find out the description of teacher resilience during the covid-19 pandemic. The research design used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach that focuses on how individuals and each other experience. In this study, there is a description of the dimensions of resilience, namely determantion, endurance, adaptability and recuperability found in each subject DS subjects describe the source of strength in the online era by remembering the creator, playing, and praying. DS endurance is to make it a learning of current conditions to be strong. The EF subject describes the source of its power patiently. The subject of SM describes the source of strength with zeal and not despair. Endurance SM has that can only be steadfast. The subject of the SC describes the source of power by accepting the circumstances. In addition to the dimension of resilience, the are three sources that affect resilience namely I have, I can and I am in each research subject, as follows the sources of resilience obtained by DS subjects in I have with communication between students and parent. A source of resilience that EF I have gained by holding words with students, not insulting when communicating. SM subjects in I have by keeping words and not insulting students when there is communication. SC subject in I have with the existence of communication between students and parent. In the factors that make up resilience there is emotional regulation, self-control, optimism, analysis of the causes of the problem, empathy, self-efficacy and getting out of the problem (achievement) found in each subject. Keywords : Covid-19, Description of Resilience, Education, Teacher Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia (2020) pada tanggal 24 Maret 2020 mengeluarkan surat edaran tentang pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran corona disease dengan salah satu kebijakan pokok tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh. Maka dari itu dengan adanya peraturan ini, dampak terhadap guru yaitu harus bisa melalukan proses pembelajaraan dengan efektif secara online dirumah saja, guru dituntut untuk mampu melakukan pengajaran dengan daring, kemampuan guru dalam teknologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan.Tujuan dari penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran resiliensi guru dimasa pandemi covid-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang berfokus bagaimana pengalaman individu maupun satu sama lain. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat gambaran dimensi resiliensi yaitu determantion, endurance, adaptability dan recuperability yang ditemukan pada masing-masing subjek. Subjek DS menggambarkan sumber kekuatan dimasa daring dengan ingat maha pencipta,sholat, dan berdoa. Endurance yang dimiliki DS yaitu menjadikan sebuah pembelajaraan kondisi saat ini untuk kuat. Subjek EF menggambarkan sumber kekuataannya dengan sabar. Subjek SM menggambarkan sumber kekuatan dengan semangat dan tidak putus asa. Endurance SM yang miliki yaitu hanya bisa tabah. Subjek SC menggambarkan sumber kekuataan dengan menerima keadaan. Selain adanya dimensi resiliensi, terdapat tiga sumber yang mempengaruhi resiliensi, yaitu I have, I can dan I am pada masing-masing subjek penelitian, sebagai berikut Sumber Resiliensi yang didapatkan subjek DS dalam I have dengan adanya komunikasi antar murid dan orangtua. Sumber resiliensi yang didapatkan EF I have dengan menjaga perkataan dengan murid, tidak menghina ketika berkomunikasi. Subjek SM dalam I have dengan menjaga perkataan dan tidak menghina murid ketika adanya komunikasi. Subjek SC dalam I have dengan adanya komunikasi antar murid dan orangtua. Pada faktor pembentuk resiliensi yaitu terdapat regulasi emosi, pengendalian diri, optimis, analisis penyebab masalah, empati, efikasi diri dan keluar dari masalah (pencapaian) yang ditemukan pada masing-masing subjek.
