Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of psychological well-being and work stress on employee performance. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression technique using SPSS 21. The data collection technique uses a saturated sample technique with a population and a sample of 40 respondents. The results of this study concluded that the variables of psychological well-being and work stress had a positive and significant influence on employee performance with an R Square of 0.565 which can be interpreted that psychological well-being and work stress affect employee performance simultaneously by 56.5%. Keywords : Psychological Well-being, Work Stress, Employee Performance Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh psychological well-being dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel psychological well-being dan stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan R Square sebesar 0,565 yang dapat diartikan bahwa psychological well-being dan stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara simultan sebesar 56,5%.
