Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of E-Service Quality, Trust, and Perceived of Risk on Purchasing Decisions by Using Gopay (Study on PT. Dompet Anak Bangsa). The object of this research was carried out on Gopay users in the student community of the Mercu Buana University, Meruya campus. By using purposive sampling as a sampling technique, so that 105 respondent were obtained as a sample. The approach in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) as analysis tools. The results of this research indicate that E-Service Quality and Perceived of Risk have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. While, the Trust variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keyword : Gopay, E-Service Quality, Trust, Perceived of Risk, Purchasing Decisions Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh E-Service Quality, Kepercayaan, dan Persepsi Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Menggunakan Gopay (Studi Pada PT. Dompet Anak Bangsa). Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pengguna Gopay pada komunitas mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana kampus Meruya. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel, sehingga diperoleh 105 responden sebagai sampel. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis (PLS) Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Service Quality dan Persepsi Risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan untuk variabel Kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci : Gopay, E-Service Quality, Kepercayaan, Persepsi Risiko, Keputusan Pembelian
