Abstract

PT Telkom Akses is a company engaged in the business of providing construction services and managing network infrastructure. This company works with several vendors to carry out work, which the vendor will then charge for the work that has been done. Because PT Telkom Access uses new Information Technology to issue Purchase Orders (PO) and perform Online Invoices, it must pay attention to the quality of the Information Technology used. This is so that there are no obstacles that will disrupt the business processes of the company. However, in practice there are still many vendors who have difficulty understanding the flow and doing online invoicing, causing delays in the vendor billing process. The information technology used is expected to be able to contribute value to business and reduce information technology risks. This research focuses on the Delivery Support (DS) and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME) domains in COBIT 4.1 which provide parameters for assessing how high and well IT management is in an organization by using maturity models that can be used to measure maturity level. COBIT 4.1 has maturity models to control IT processes using scoring methods so that an organization can assess its IT processes. Keyword— Purchase Order, Invoice Online, Delivery Support (DS), Monitoring and Evaluate (ME), COBIT 4.1, maturity models, maturity level PT Telkom Akses merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha penyediaan layanan konstruksi dan pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan. Perusahaan ini bekerja sama dengan beberapa vendor untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang kemudian vendor tersebut akan menagihkan pembayaran atas pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan. Karena PT Telkom Akses menggunakan Teknologi Informasi baru untuk menerbitkan Purchase Order (PO) dan melakukan Invoice Online maka harus memperhatikan kualitas dari Teknologi Informasi yang digunakan. Hal ini agar tidak terjadi hambatan yang akan mengganggu proses bisnis pada perusahaan. Namun pada pelaksanaanya masih banyak vendor yang kesulitan dalam memahami alur dan melakukan invoice online sehingga menimbulkan terjadinya keterlambatan proses tagihan vendor. Teknologi Informasi yang digunakan diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi nilai bagi bisnis dan mengurangi risiko Teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada domain Delivery Support (DS) dan Monitoring and Evaluate (ME) pada COBIT 4.1 yang menyediakan parameter untuk penilaian setinggi dan sebaik apa pengelolaan IT pada suatu organisasi dengan menggunakan maturity models yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan (maturity level). COBIT 4.1 mempunyai model kematangan (maturity models) untuk mengontrol prosesproses IT dengan menggunakan metode penilaian (scoring) sehingga suatu organisasi dapat menilai proses-proses IT yang dimilikinya.
