Abstract

In every project, of course it is inseparable from the name of the work contract. In this study, the contract used was Lump Sum. The problem is that the complete documents are not ready during the auction process, especially image documents, but the auction process is still carried out. So this study is intended to find out the additional work that can be claimed due to non-compliance with the contract with the field and the suitability of the Lump Sum contract on this project. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative discriptive methods and case studies in the field, namely a scientific approach that views a reality that can be classified, concrete, observed, measurable and the variable relationship is causal. The result of this study is the nominal added work that can be claimed due to non-compliance with the contract with the field, It can be concluded that this project is an additional work that can be claimed by service providers amounting to IDR 740,018,000 from the initial contract of IDR 4,500,000,000 if in percentage of 16%. The evaluation of the suitability of the Lump Sum contract from the service provider side in this project is less / worse. If using an alternative Unit Price contract, then the execution price including work is added to IDR 5,498,431,689 from the contract price of IDR 4,500,000,000 so that there is a deviation of IDR 998,431,689 if in percentage there is a deviation of 22.19%. Keyword : Implementation Cost, Fence, Lump Sum Dalam setiap proyek tentunya tidak terlepas dari yang namanya kontrak kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, kontrak yang digunakan adalah Lump Sum. Permasalahannya adalah belum siapnya dokumen secara lengkap pada saat proses pelelangan terutama dokumen gambar, tetapi tetap dilakukan proses pelelangan. Sehingga penelitian ini dimaksudkan mengetahui pekerjaan tambah yang dapat di klaim akibat tidak sesuainya kontrak dengan lapangan dan kesesuaian kontrak Lump Sum pada proyek ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif dan studi kasus di lapangan yaitu pendekatan ilmiah yang memandang suatu realitas itu dapat diklasifikasikan, konkrit, teramati, terukur dan hubungan variabelnya bersifat sebab akibat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nominal pekerjaan tambah yang dapat di klaim akibat tidak sesuainya kontrak dengan lapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek ini pekerjaan tambah yang dapat di klaim penyedia jasa sebesar Rp 740.018.000,- dari kontrak awal sebesar Rp 4.500.000.000,- jika dalam persentase sebesar 16%. Evaluasi kesesuaian kontrak Lump Sum dari sisi penyedia jasa pada proyek ini adalah kurang/ buruk. Jika menggunakan alternatif kontrak Unit Price, maka harga pelaksanaan termasuk pekerjaan tambah menjadi sebesar Rp 5.498.431.689,- dari harga kontrak sebesar Rp 4.500.000.000,- sehingga terdapat deviasi sebesar Rp 998.431.689,- jika dalam persentase terjadi deviasi sebesar 22.19 %..
