Abstract

Process of build the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate has an important role in recovering and helping to increase Indonesia's post-pandemic economic value, because build planning of this project aims to attract the attention of investors and is predicted to absorb as many as twenty thousand workers in future. The infrastructure build for the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate is included in the category of public interest projects and is divided into three phases. The construction of a reservoir for raw water storage is included in the first phase and is one of the efforts to support the activities that will occur around this industrial area. Writing of this research intends to determine the cost and time performance of the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate reservoir development project, and predict the cost and time value of the project to complete all work, considering that the construction of the reservoir is included in the first phase and must be completed on time, so that other infrastructure build projects are included in the project. the next phase was not delayed, but after the fiftieth week, the actual progress in the field showed that the project was delayed with a deviation of 20.88%. The method used to analyze the writing of this research is the earned value method and the variance indicators in the earned value method, as well as the relative important index method. Keywords: reservoir, cost, time, earned value, relative important index Pembangunan Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang memiliki peran penting dalam memulihkan dan membantu menaikkan nilai ekonomi Indonesia pasca pandemi karena dalam perencanaan pembangunan proyek ini bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian investor dan diprediksi akan menyerap sebanyak dua puluh ribu pekerja di masa mendatang. Pembangunan infrastruktur Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang termasuk dalam kategori proyek kepentingan umum dan terbagi menjadi tiga fase. Pembangunan reservoir umtuk penampungan air baku masuk dalam fase pertama dan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mendukung proses kegiatan yang akan terjadi di sekitar kawasan industri ini. Penulisan penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui kinerja biaya dan waktu proyek pembangunan reservoir Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang dan memprediksi besar nilai biaya dan waktu proyek untuk menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan, mengingat pembangunan reservoir termasuk dalam fase pertama dan harus selesai tepat waktu agar proyek pembangunan infrastruktur lain yang masuk dalam fase selanjutnya tidak mengalami penundaan, namun setelah minggu kelima puluh, aktual progress yang ada di lapangan menunjukkan proyek mengalami keterlambatan dengan nilai deviasi sebesar 20.88%. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis penulisan penelitian ini adalah metode earned value dan indikator varian yang ada pada metode earned value, serta metode relative important index.
