Abstract
The addition of functions and revitalization at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport allows for an increase in the number of arriving passengers. Taxis are a transportation option commonly used by airport arrival passengers who are expected to be able to accommodate families with one means of transportation, easy to reach, safe, comfortable, and with fixed fares. The need for taxis available at the airport must meet the needs of passengers, so as not to cause difficulties in getting taxi transportation services. The advantages of providing taxi transportation will increase the operating costs that must be incurred, while the supply is limited, but the demand is high enough to cause an increase in costs that must be incurred by the community. In this Final Project, to find out the most sensitive factors that influence the choice of Conventional Taxi and Online Taxi transportation at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport Arrival, find out what the probability of choosing the mode of transportation of Conventional Taxi and Online Taxi at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport Arrival, and predict the number of taxi transportation needs at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport using the Difference Binary Logit Method. From the results of the analysis, it is found that the most sensitive factor influencing the choice of transportation mode is for Conventional Taxi users for reasons of speed of waiting time of 50%, and Online Taxi users for reasons of a cheaper cost difference of 55%, then the probability of choosing transportation, for Taxi Conventional is 23%, and Online Taxi is 40%, and from the results of the analysis of the need for taxi transportation, the number of predictions is that for Conventional Taxi there are 340 units, while for Online Taxi there are 633 units, of these are taxi units that must be operated every day based on the level of demand for taxi service users at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. The number of conventional taxis and online taxis available (realized) at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport every day is smaller than the result of calculating the need for the number of conventional taxis and online taxis. Keywords: Needs, Conventional Taxi, Online Taxi, Difference Binary Logit Penambahan fungsi dan revitalisasi di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma memungkinkan pertambahan pada jumlah penumpang kedatangan. Taksi merupakan pilihan transportasi yang biasa digunakan oleh penumpang kedatangan bandara yang diharapkan dapat menampung keluarga dengan satu angkutan transportasi, mudah dijangkau, aman, nyaman, dan tarif yang pasti. Kebutuhan taksi yang tersedia di bandara harus memenuhi kebutuhan penumpang, agar tidak menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mendapatkan pelayanan transportasi taksi. Kelebihan dari penyediaan angkutan taksi akan meningkatkan biaya operasi yang harus dikeluarkan, sedangkan penyediaan yang terbatas, namun permintaan cukup tinggi menyebabkan peningkatan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan masyarakat. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, untuk mengetahui faktor paling sensitive yang mempengaruhi pemilihan transportasi Taksi Konvensional dan Taksi Online di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma Kedatangan, mengetahui berapa probabilitas pemilihan moda transportasi Taksi Konvensional dan Taksi Online di Bandar udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma Kedatangan, dan mem-prediksi jumlah kebutuhan angkutan taksi di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma dengan menggunakan Metode Logit Biner Selisih. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan faktor yang paling sensitive dalam mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi yaitu untuk pengguna Taksi Konvensional karena alasan kecepatan waktu tunggu sebesar 50%, dan pengguna Taksi Online karena alasan selisih biaya yang lebih murah sebesar 55%, lalu didapatkan probabilitas pemilihan angkutan, untuk Taksi Konvensional sebesar 23%, dan Taksi Online sebesar 40%, dan dari hasil analisis kebutuhan angkutan taksi didapat jumlah prediksi yaitu, untuk Taksi Konvensional sebanyak 340 unit, sedangkan untuk Taksi Online sebanyak 633 unit, dari jumlah tersebut merupakan unit taksi yang harus dioperasikan setiap harinya berdasarkan tingkat permintaan pengguna jasa taksi di Bandara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma. Jumlah Taksi Konvensional dan Taksi Online yang tersedia (realisasi) di Bandara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma setiap hari lebih kecil dari pada hasil dari perhitungan kebutuhan jumlah Taksi Konvensional dan Taksi Online.
