Abstract

At the end of 2019, there was a spread of a viral disease similar to SARS in Wuhan, China. In early 2020, the virus was named Corona Virus (COVID-19). As human mobility is relatively high, without realizing it, the virus has spread to various countries including Indonesia. The spread of the Covid-19 virus has disrupted all human activities, including the world of education. To overcome the spread of the COVID-19 virus in educational institutions, the government has instructed the implementation of distance education (PJJ) by utilizing the internet network. The transformation of face-to-face education (PTM) into distance education (PJJ), especially in higher education institutions, will certainly have an impact on student satisfaction and will have an impact on the emergence of various risks in the implementation of PJJ. Based on the phenomenon of the problem, this study aims to evaluate the level of satisfaction of Postgraduate students, especially the Master of Industrial Engineering (MTI) on the quality of online lecture services during the covid-19 pandemic with a combination of the HEISQUAL - IPA method. In addition to evaluating the level of student satisfaction, this study also aims to analyze the level of risk using the risk matrix method. From the results of the evaluation of student satisfaction, it can be concluded that MTI study program students throughout Indonesia are satisfied with the implementation of online education. Even though students are satisfied, based on the results of the scientific analysis, 3 factors still need special attention by higher education institutions, namely (1) lack of understanding of the context in the subject matter, (2) online lecture system / E-learning is still often their obstacles, especially in the implementation of the exam, (3) the speed of the manager in overcoming the constraints of the e-learning system. For risk analysis, the educational transformation has three potential risks that need to be considered by educational institutions, namely (1) an unfulfilled number of enrolled students, (2) additional internet quota fees, and (3) high consumption of internet speed (bandwidth consumption). Pada akhir tahun 2019 telah terjadi penyebaran penyakit akibat virus yang mirip dengan SARS di Wuhan, China. Di awal tahun 2020, virus tersebut dinamakan Corona Virus (COVID-19). Seiring mobilitas manusia relatif tinggi, tanpa disadari virus tersebut tersebar ke berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. penyebaran virus covid-19 telah mengganggu seluruh aktifitas manusia termasuk dunia pendidikan. Untuk mengatasi penyebaran virus covid-19 di institusi pendidikan, pemerinta menginstruksikan penerapan pendidikan jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Transformasi pendidikan tatap muka (PTM) menjadi pendidikan jarak jauh (PJJ) khususnya di institusi pendidikan tinggi, tentunya akan berdampak pada kepuasan mahasiswa serta akan berdampak pada munculnya berbagai risiko dalam penerapan PJJ. Berdasarkan fenomena masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Pascasarjana khususnya Magister Teknik Industri (MTI) atas kualitas pelayanan perkuliahan daring selama pandemi covid-19 dengan kombinasi metode HEISQUAL - IPA. Selain evaluasi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, penelitian ini juga memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko menggunakan metode matriks risiko. Dari hasil evaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiwa prodi MTI diseluruh Indonesia merasa puas dengan penerapan pendidikan daring. Meskipun mahasiswa sudah merasa puas, namun berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA, terdapat 3 faktor yang masih perlu menjadi perhatian khusus oleh institusi pendidikan tinggi, yaitu (1) kurangnya pemahaman konteks dalam materi pelajaran, (2) sistem perkuliahan daring/E-learning masih sering ada kendala terutama dalam pelaksanaan ujian, (3) kecepatan pengelola dalam mengatasi kendala sistem e-learning. Untuk analisis risiko, transformasi pendidikan memiliki tiga potensial risiko yang perlu menjadi perhatian institusi pendidikan yaitu (1) tidak terpenuhinya jumlah mahasiswa pendaftar, (2) penambahan biaya kuota internetm dan (3) tingginya konsumsi kecepatan internet (bandwidth comsuming).
