Abstract

In the case of this project, the Quantity Take-off calculation process is manually with reference to 2D drawings and using Microsoft Excel, so that calculation errors are often found in the process. Quantity Take-off work that is manually will be very time-consuming and resource, therefore a technology is needed that can carry out Quantity Take-off jobs accurately and efficiently. The purpose of this study, among other things, is to find out the results of a comparison between the quantity take-off process using the BIM method and using conventional methods. Find out the comparison of Cost Budget Plans. And to find out what factors are the challenges or obstacles in carrying out the quantity take-off process using the BIM method. The object to be examined to determine the comparison between the results of the calculation of the quantity take-off of the conventional method and the BIM method is the work on the STA Pile Slab structure. 83+975 – STA.84+821. For the BIM method, data processing will be carried out using Autodesk Revit. Whereas for the conventional method the data is processed using Microsoft Excel with the help of AutoCAD. Then do the calculation of the Budget Plan based on the unit price obtained from the project. In addition, interviews were conducted with practitioners on the contractor side to find out the obstacles in carrying out quantity take-off using BIM. The results of this study obtained a deviation between the volume of the BIM and conventional methods, there was a deviation of 0.237%. The total price based on BIM volume is greater than the total price based on conventional volume with a price difference of IDR 34,912,201.37, which means that there is a deviation of 0.0522%. from internal project and external factors (consultant/owner) who have not used BIM implementation and do not even know BIM. And the volume results from BIM cannot be used optimally, both for material procurement, progress control, and budget control. Key words : Building Information Modeling, Quantity Take Off, Volume, Deviasi, Pile Slab, Cost Pada kasus proyek ini proses perhitungan Quantity Take-off dilakukan secara manual dengan referensi gambar 2D dan menggunakan Mircosoft Excel, sehingga seringkali menemukan kesalahan perhitungan dalam prosesnya. Pekerjaan Quantity Take-off yang dilakukan secara manual akan sangat memakan waktu dan sumber daya oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu teknologi yang dapat melakukan pekerjaan Quantity Take-off secara akurat dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui hasil perbandingan antara proses quantity take-off menggunakan metode BIM dan menggunakan metode konvensional. Mengetahui perbandingan Rencana Anggaran Biaya. Dan untuk megetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi tantangan atau kendala dalam melakukan proses quantity take-off dengan menggunakan metode BIM. Objek yang akan diteliti untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara hasil perhitungan quantity takeoff metode konvensional dan metode BIM adalah pada pekerjaan struktur Pile Slab STA. 83+975 – STA.84+821. Untuk metode BIM, pengolahan data akan dilakukan menggunakan Autodesk Revit. Sedangkan untuk metode konvensional data diolah menggunakan Microsof Excel dengan bantuan AutoCAD. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya berdasarkan harga satuan yang diperoleh dari proyek. Selain itu dilakukan wawancara terhadap praktisi pada pihak kontraktor untuk mengetahui kendala dalam melakukan quantity take-off menggunakan BIM. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan deviasi antara volume metode BIM dan konvensional terdapat deviasi sebesar 0,237%. Total Harga berdasarkan volume BIM lebih besar daripada total harga berdasarkan volume konvensional dengan selisih harga sebesar Rp34.912.201,37 yang artinya terjadi deviasi sebesar 0,0522%.Kendala yag terjadi dalam Implementasi BIM pada proses quantity take off yang masih belum maksimal karena kurangnya dukungan dari faktor internal proyek dan eksternal (konsultan/owner) yang belum menggunakan penerapan BIM dan bahkan belum mengetahui BIM. Dan hasil volume dari BIM belum bisa digunakan secara maksimal, baik untuk pengadaan material, pengendalian progres, dan juga pengendalian anggaran.
