Abstract

Productivity is a very important factor in determining the success of a project, so it is very necessary to keep productivity in the field stable by increasing the resources to support it. In most projects, foundation work becomes a predecessor before superstructure works can be carried out and places the foundation work on a critical path where the success of its implementation will determine the achievement of the overall project target. The purpose of this study is to determine the productivity of The Hydraulic Static Pile Driver tool in the erection of Hydrophilic Buildings. This research was conducted by direct observation of the productivity of the hydraulic static pile driver. Then calculate the HSPD tool cycle time. The results of the productivity analysis study of the Hydraulic Static Pile Driver tool for the erection of the Bekasi IPA Hydrofil Building has about an average of 12.35m/hour. The productivity value of the Hydraulic Static Pile Driver tool at the Bekasi IPA Hydrofil Building is considered quite effective, but when it get compared to certain projects, the productivity value is still low. Keywords : Productivity, Project, Foundation, Tool, HSPD Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek sehingga sangat perlu untuk menjaga agar produktivitas di lapangan tetap stabil dengan meningkatkan sumber daya untuk mendukungnya. Pada sebagian besar proyek, pekerjaan pondasi menjadi predecessor sebelum dapat dilaksanakannya pekerjaan-pekerjaan struktur atas dan menempatkan pekerjaan pondasi berada pada jalur kritis dimana keberhasilan pelaksanaannya sangat menentukan pencapaian target proyek secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui produktivitas alat Hydraulic Static Pile Driver pada pekerjaan pemancangan Bangunan Hydrofil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung produktivitas alat hydraulic static pile driver. Kemudian menghitung waktu siklus alat pancang HSPD. Hasil penelitian analisis produktivitas alat Hydraulic Static Pile Driver pada pekerjaan pemancangan Bangunan Hydrofil IPA Bekasi mendapatkan hasil rata-rata yaitu 12,35m/jam. Nilai produktivitas alat Hydraulic Static Pile Driver pada Bangunan Hydrofil IPA Bekasi dinilai cukup efektif namun apabila dibandingkan dengan proyek tertentu, nilai produktivitas masih rendah.
