Abstract

The biggest challenge for the world of construction services in Indonesia is required to ensure customer satisfaction, quality is one of the dominant factors in improving the competitiveness of the company. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems that provides a clear framework for managing the quality of products and services. PT Baja Citra Agung as a national private construction implementer has implemented ISO 9001: 2015 which has a positive impact on the successful implementation of construction on the construction of JNT Madiun Warehouse, East Java. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system implementation and its influence on the success of construction implementation. The research was conducted using a quantitative method, namely, by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews to practitioners related to the application of ISO 9001: 2015 in the construction project work. Data analysis using the SPSS v.25 program and Microsoft Excel to determine the values of the factors of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system implementation on the success of construction implementation. The results showed that the success of construction implementation consists of three factors including: performance monitoring and measurement factors (XA), effective communication and corrective action factors (XB), and continuous evaluation and improvement factors (XC). From the analysis of the regression equation shows the relationship between the successful implementation of construction with the factors above is as follows Y = -0.530 + 0.064XA + 0.016 XB + 0.119XC. Tantangan terbesar bagi dunia jasa konstruksi di Indonesia adalah dituntut untuk menjamin kepuasan pelanggan, mutu merupakan salah satu faktor yang dominan dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. ISO 9001:2015 adalah standar internasional untuk sistem manajemen mutu yang memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas untuk mengelola kualitas produk dan jasa. PT Baja Citra Agung selaku pelaksana konstruksi swasta nasional telah menerapkan ISO 9001:2015 yang berdampak positif terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan konstruksi pada pembangunan Gudang JNT Madiun Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor-faktor penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan konstruksi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuatitatif yaitu, dengan menyebar kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara ke praktisi yang berkaitan dengan penerapan ISO 9001:2015 pada pekerjaan proyek konstruksi tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS v.25 dan Microsoft Excel untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai dari faktor penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan konstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pelaksanaan konstruksi terdiri dari tiga faktor diantaranya : faktor pemantauan dan pengukuran kinerja (XA), faktor komunikasi efektif dan tindakan korektif (XB), serta faktor evaluasi dan peningkatan berkelanjutan (XC). Dari hasil analisis persamaan regresi menunjukkan hubungan antara keberhasilan pelaksanaan kontruksi dengan faktor-faktor di atas adalah sebagai berikut Y = -0,530 + 0,064XA + 0,016 XB + 0,119XC.
