Abstract
Advances in technology and increasingly fierce business competition have made small and large industries compete to produce products that have high quality. Companies that prioritize improving quality, productivity, efficiency, and are able to solve every problem will win global competition. One of the efforts made by the company in order to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency starts from the process of procuring raw materials and packaging materials. To get raw materials and packaging materials that match the company's criteria and specifications, a good supplier selection process is carried out. The supplier selection carried out in this research is by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Encrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The AHP method is used to determine the criteria and test the consistency of the criteria. The result is the CR value by R1 0.06, the CR value by R2 0.07, the CR value by R3 0.10, the CR value by R4 0.09, and the CR value by R5 0.07. and the PROMETHEE method is used to determine the ranking of suppliers. PROMETHEE calculation is carried out in 2 stages, namely PROMETHEE I to determine partial ranking and PROMETHEE II to determine complete ranking. The complete ranking results from the PROMETHEE method obtained rankings as follows: the first place is Shanghai Jia Tian Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. with a value of 0.15, the second place is Alucon Public Company, Ltd. (A2) with a value of 0.10, the third place is PT. Extrupack (A1) with a value of -0.25. Keywords : Supplier Selection, Aluminium Tube, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), PROMETHEE Kemajuan teknologi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat membuat industri kecil dan besar sama-sama berlomba bersaing menghasilkan produk yang memiliki kualitas yang tinggi. Perusahaan yang mengutamakan peningkatan kualitas, produktivitas, efisiensi, dan mampu menyelesaikan setiap masalah maka akan memenangin persaingan global. Salah satu usaha yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas, produktivitas, dan efisiensi dimulai dari proses pengadaan bahan baku dan bahan kemas. Untuk mendapatkan bahan baku dan bahan kemas yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan spesifikasi perusahaan maka dilakukan proses pemilihan supplier yang baik. Pemilihan supplier yang dilakukan pada penilitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Preference Ranking Organization Method for Encrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). Metode AHP dilakukan untuk menentukan kriteria dan menguji konsistenti dari kriteria. Hasilnya adalah nilai CR oleh R1 0.06, nilai CR oleh R2 0.07, nilai CR oleh R3 0.10, nilai CR oleh R4 0.09, dan nilai CR oleh R5 0.07. dan metode PROMETHEE digunakan untuk menentukan ranking dari supplier. Perhitungan PROMETHEE dilakukan dengan 2 tahap yaitu PROMETHEE I untuk menentukan ranking parsial dan PROMETHEE II untuk mementukan ranking complete. Hasil ranking complete dari metode PROMETHEE diperoleh ranking sebagai berikut urutan pertama adalah Shanghai Jia Tian Pharmaceutical Packaging Co, Ltd dengan nilai 0.15, urutan kedua adalah Alucon Public Company, Ltd (A2) dengan nilai 0.10, urutan ketiga adalah PT.
