Abstract

The emergence of trends in skin care/use of skincare and the enthusiasm of the people who want to look beautiful in today's society is in the public spotlight, but there are not many beauty clinics that pay attention only in terms of care services but forget about the supporting facilities and the atmosphere that influences the factors of space users. The trend of using skincare started with the emergence of many Korean skincare products and the influence of the lifestyle of urban communities, especially the BSD area, which tends to experience pressure so that it is easy to get stressed which causes the skin to look dull and the lifestyle of city people who want things to go fast. This is closely related to the nature of feminism that is owned by women and skincare products that currently offer results using a fast process, so that there is greater public interest in having healthy skin in a short time. Based on this, the purpose of this design is to create a Beauty Clinic by offering a design concept that makes visitors relax and feel they are healing when they enter the clinic area by carrying out a green design theme but still applying Bening's Clinic's corporate image inside, namely Modern Luxury. based on the shortcomings found in studies that have been carried out in previous clinical branches. Design interior Munculnya tren perawatan kulit/ penggunaan skincare serta antusiasme masyarakat yang ingin terlihat cantik di kalangan masyarakat dimasa sekarang ini menjadi sorotan public, namun tak banyak klinik kecantikan yang hanya memperhatikan dari segi pelayanan perawatan tetapi lupadengan fasilitas yang menunjang serta suasana yang mempengaruhi faktor pengguna ruang. Tren penggunaan skincare berawal dari banyaknya produk skincarekoreabermunculan serta pengaruh gaya hidup masyarakat kota khususnya Kawasan BSD yang cenderung mengalami tekanan sehingga mudah stress yang mengakibatkan kulit terlihat kusam dan kebiasaan hidup masyarakat kota yang ingin serba cepat. Hal tersebut sangat berkaitan dengan sifat feminisme yang dimiliki oleh kaum wanita serta produk skincare yang saat ini menawarkan hasil penggunaan dengan proses yang cepat, dengan begitu semakin besar minat masyarakat untuk memiliki kulit yang sehat dengan waktu yang singkat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan perancangan ini adalah untuk membuat Sebuah Klinik Kecantikan dengan menawarkan konsep design yang membuat pengunjung menjadi relaxs dan merasa sedang melakukan healing ketika memasuki area klinik dengan mengusung tema green design namun tetap menerapkan citra perusahaan Bening’s Clinic didalamnya yakni Modern Luxury Konsep tersebut digunakan berdasarkan kekurangan yang terdapat pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada cabang klinik sebelumnya.
