Abstract
Suppliers play an important role in supporting production activities in packaging companies, carton packaging is classified as the most widely used as secondary packaging. The purpose of this study is to analyze the selection and evaluation of the selection of carton packaging suppliers using fuzzy Analythical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Taguchi Loss Function (TLF) methods. For expert assessment evaluated using Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Respondents involved in this study as many as 10 people. Based on the results can be recommended dashboard evaluation of the performance of new suppliers. With the AHP method concluded the results of expert assessment is relatively consistent, furthermore with the FAHP method produced the largest weight in a row is on the criteria of quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, responsiveness, capacity and facilities production, management and organization, and green packaging. By using the weight of each criterion can be evaluated total losses financially between three supplier exsisting, vendor A generates the smallest total loss compared to vendor B and vendor C. To monitor the performance of suppliers proposed dashboard evaluation of new supplier performance assessment with a weight of 30% for quality criteria, 23% for cost criteria, 32% for delivery criteria, 9% for flexibility criteria, and 6% for responsiveness criteria. Supplier berperan penting mendukung kegiatan produksi di perusahaan kemasan, kemasan karton tergolong paling banyak digunakan sebagai kemasan sekunder. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis seleksi dan evaluasi pemilihan supplier kemasan karton dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analythical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) dan Taguchi Loss Function (TLF). Untuk penilaian pakar dievaluasi menggunakan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Responden yang dilibatkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang. Berdasarkan hasil dapat direkomendasikan dashboard evaluasi kinerja supplier yang baru. Dengan metode AHP dsimpulkan hasil penilaian pakar tergolong konsisten, selanjutnya dengan metode FAHP dihasilkan bobot terbesar berturut-turut adalah pada kriteria quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, responsiveness, kapasitas dan fasilitas produksi, manajemen dan organisasi, dan green packaging. Dengan menggunakan bobot masing-masing kriteria dapat dievaluasi total kerugian secara finansial diantara tiga supplier exsisting, vendor A menghasilkan total kerugian terkecil dibandingkan vendor B dan vendor C. Untuk memonitor kinerja supplier diusulkan dashboard evaluasi penilaian kinerja supplier baru dengan bobot 30% untuk kriteria quality, 23% untuk kriteria cost, 32% untuk kriteria delivery, 9% untuk kriteria flexibility, dan 6% untuk kriteria responsiveness.
