Abstract

The research was conducted on Roller Chain transportation activities on mechanical operators, operators are required to move, lift, and carry loads weighing 25kg manually without the help of any tools at PT. Angkasa Pura Solutions. If these activities are carried out repeatedly with the wrong work posture, it will result in MSDs. The purpose of this study is the occurrence of the causes of MSDs in the operator's work posture in roller chain planning which is done manually. Identification of operator work posture problems using REBA and RWL methods which aims to determine the level of risk of worker posture and recommend limits that can be lifted by humans without causing injury. Based on the analysis of the level of work risk on the operator's posture using the REBA method, it shows that operator workers and roller chain transfers in activity 1 have a score of 11 (very high risk) and activity 2 has a score of 8 (high risk) which means the work is high risk and needs to be done. repaired right now. The calculation of RWL and LI on lifting shows that the activities carried out by the operator have an LI value of >3, meaning that workers are at high risk of causing spinal cord injury. The recommended improvement proposal is to provide a design of work facilities or work aids, namely a scissor lift table. The final result of the REBA method shows that the score on improving the operator's work position on the roller chain strategy activity 1 is reduced to 5 (medium risk). Meanwhile, in activity 2, after offering material handling tools, the REBA score was reduced to 3 (low risk). Keywords: Manual Handling, REBA, Nordic Body Map, SOFI Penelitian dilakukan pada aktivitas pengangkutan Roller Chain padaoperator mekanikpada PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi, operator diharuskan memindah, mengangkat, dan mengangkutbeban seberat 25kg secara manual tanpa bantuan alat apapun. Apabila kegiatan pengangkatan tersebut dilakukan berulang kali dengan postur kerja yang salah maka akan mengakibatkan MSDs. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meminimalkan penyebab terjadinya MSDs pada postur kerja operator dalam pengangkatan roller chain yang dilakukan secara manual handling. Identifikasi permasalahan postur kerja operator menggunakan metode REBA dan RWL yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko postur pekerja dan merekomendasikan batas beban yang dapat diangkat oleh manusia tanpa menimbulkan cedera. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat risiko kerja pada postur tubuh operator menggunakan metode REBA menunjukkan bahwa pekerja operator pengangkatan dan pemindahan roller chain pada aktivitas 1 memiliki skor 11 (very high risk) dan pada aktivitas 2 yaitu memiliki skor 8 (high risk) yang berarti pekerjaan aktivitas tersebut berisiko tinggi dan perlu dilakukan perbaikan sekarang juga. Perhitungan RWL dan LI pada aktivitas mengangkat, menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas yang dilakukan operator memiliki nilai LI >3, artinya pekerja berisiko tinggi menyebabkan cidera tulang belakang.Usulan perbaikan yang direkomendasikan yaitu memberikan design fasilitas kerja atau alat bantu kerja yaitu scissor lift table. Hasil final score metode REBA menunjukan skor pada perbaikan posisi postur kerja operator aktivitas 1 pengangkatan roller chain berkurang menjadi 5 (medium risk). Sedangkan pada aktivitas 2 Setelah memberikan usulan alat bantu material handling skor REBA berkurang menjadi 3 (low risk). Kata Kunci: Manual Handling, REBA, Nordic Body Map, SOFI
