Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions. The object of this study was Starbucks Coffee JIexpo Kemayoran visitors, Central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 181 respondents using the causal method. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of smart partial least square 3.0. The results of this study indicate product quality, has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Starbucks Coffee JIexpo Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 181 responden dengan menggunakan metode kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunkan convenience sampling. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk smart partial least square 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kualitas produk , memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian
