Abstract

Transpark Juanda Bekasi is one of the world centers, business centers and the largest entertainment centers in Bekasi City, along with the rise of the human population and organizations it can attract the interest of visitors who come to the center so that the completion of this parking space is used as one of the mall parking lots, university and apartment areas as well as hectic and congested traffic during peak hours which causes road performance to not be optimal and disrupts the activities of people who want to visit the mall. The analysis in this study is to determine parking facilities and parking characteristics which consist of volume, accumulation, duration, index, and parking turnover rate (PTO) then predict parking needs in the next 5 years obtained from the highest accumulation and growth of vehicles in Bekasi and analyze the performance of the segment roads based on surveys that have been conducted including volume, capacity, speed, degree of saturation, and level of service. The volume of parking from the 3 days of the survey that has been carried out has the highest number of incoming and outgoing vehicles for cars that enter the peak at 17.00 - 17.59 with 138, while for motorbikes 108 at 14.00 - 14.59. With an index of 87.5% for cars and 98.8% for motorcycles for the highest accumulation of 569 cars and 395 motorbikes and an average parking duration of 3 hours and a parking turnover rate of 2 vehicles/SRP/day. In the performance of roads for the degree of saturation during rush hour there is an afternoon of 0.74 with category C, this condition is considered sufficiently saturated with a road capacity of 5045 pcu/hour. Keywords: Characteristics of Parking, Parking Needs, Parking Needs, Performance of Road Sections Transpark Juanda Bekasi adalah salah satu pusat perbelanjaan, pusat bisnis dan pusat hiburan terbesar di Kota Bekasi, seiring dengan meningkatnya populasi manusia dan perekonomian maka dapat menarik minat dari para pengunjung yang datang ke pusat tersebut sehingga Permasalahan ruang parkir ini yang dijadikan satu antara parkiran mall, universitas dan apartemen serta area lalu lintas sangat ramai dan padat pada waktu jam sibuk yang menyebabkan kinerja ruas jalan menjadi tidak optimal dan terganggunya aktivitas orang yang ingin mengunjungi mall tersebut. Analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui fasilitas parkir serta karakteristik parkir yang terdiri dari volume, akumulasi, durasi, indeks, dan angka pergantian parkir (PTO) lalu memprediksi kebutuhan parkir 5 tahun mendatang yang didapatkan dari akumulasi tertinggi dan pertumbuhan kendaraan di Bekasi serta menganalisis kinerja ruas jalan berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan antaranya volume, kapasitas, kecepatan, derajat kejenuhan, dan tingkat pelayanan. Volume parkir dari 3 hari survei yang telah dilakukan terdapat angka kendaraan keluar dan masuk tertinggi untuk kendaraan mobil yang masuk puncaknya terjadi pukul 17.00 – 17.59 dengan 138, sedangkan untuk motor 108 pukul 14.00 – 14.59. Dengan indeks mobil 87,5% dan untuk motor 98,8% untuk akumulasi tertinggi yaitu 569 mobil dan 395 motor serta durasi rata-rata parkir 3 jam dan angka pergantian parkir 2 kendaraan/SRP/Hari. Pada kinerja ruas jalan untuk derajat kejenuhan di jam sibuk terdapat di sore hari 0,74 dengan kategori C, kondisi ini cukup dianggap jenuh dengan kapasitas jalan sebesar 5045 smp/jam.
