Abstract
Companies are required to produce quality products and have competitive prices. But inventory problems are often one of the problems encountered. As happened to a Food Industry in Tanggerang that experienced excess and lack of stock, from the problem of supplies that make Seaweed Snacks and raw materials experience additional burdens one of which is the burden of cost (waste) in storing and caring for it. One way to do the system of digesting the needs of raw materials that begins with forecasting to lot sizing techniques so as not to occur overstock or under stock. In this study to plan raw materials using Simple Regression Liniear, Single Exponential Smoothing), and Arima Box-Jenkins, then the next stage is to know the Production Indusk Schedule (JIP) with Aggregate Planning method, and then lot sizing using material requirement planning (MRP) method. From the results of forecasting obtained the method of forecasting with the smallest error value that is ARIMA. As for the planning of raw materials using MRP, namely Period Order Quantity (POQ). Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) and Fixed Period Requirement (FPR). With the most efficient results with fpr method is Rp.1.853.443.696,-,. Keyword : Supplies, Forecasting, Lot Sizing, MRP, POQ, EOQ, FOQ,FBR Perusahaan dituntut menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan mempunyai harga yang kompetitif. Namun masalah persediaan kerap menjadi salah satu masalah yang dihadapi. Seperti yang terjadi pada Sebuah Industri Pangan Di Tanggerang yang mengalami kelebihan dan kekurangan stock, dari permasalahan persediaan tersebut membuat Snack Rumput Laut dan bahan baku mengalami beban-beban tambahan salah satunya adalah beban biaya (pemborosan) dalam menyimpan dan merawatnya. Salah satu cara dengan melakukan sistem perencenaan kebutuhan bahan baku yang diawali dengan peramalan hingga teknik lot sizing agar tidak terjadi overstock maupun under stock. Dalam penelitian ini untuk merencanakan bahan baku mengunakan metode Simple Regresi Liniear, Single Eksponential Smoothing), dan Arima Box-Jenkins, lalu tahap selanjutnya adalah mengetahui Jadwal Indusk Produksi (JIP) dengan metode Aggregate Planning, dan lalu melakukan lot sizing menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Dari hasil peramalan didapatkanlah metode peramalan dengan nilai error terkecil yaitu ARIMA. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan bahan baku menggunakan MRP yaitu Period Order Quantity (POQ). Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) dan Fixed Period Requirement (FPR).
