Abstract

Kemajuan di segala bidang tidak terlepas dari teknologi pendukung, khususnya teknologi informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis berusaha untuk mengetahui apakah tata kelola TI diterapkan dengan benar dan efektif sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Hal ini sangat penting mengingat tingginya biaya yang harus ditanggung perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi, khususnya PT. Global Putra Sejatera agar biaya yang dikeluarkan tidak terbuang sia-sia dan perusahaan mendatangkan keuntungan sesuai dengan tujuan yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai visi dan misinya. Kerangka kerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah COBIT versi 4.1, dengan spesialisasi dalam domain Plan and Organize (PO), Aquire and Implement (AI), Monitor and Evaluate (ME), dan Delivery and Support (DS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara dengan narasumber yang dipilih sesuai dengan domain yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan penulis untuk menganalisis data menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu penentuan level domain, penentuan proses kontrol, penentuan indikator, dan pemetaan maturitas. Hasil survei ini membantu menentukan kematangan proses bisnis yang berjalan di PT. Global Putra Sejahtera khususnya pada domain PO, AI, ME dan DS diukur dan diintegrasikan di seluruh proses yang berjalan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan agar aplikasi teknologi informasinya lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Teknologi Informasi, Domain, COBIT Progress in all fields is inseparable from supporting technology, especially information technology. In this study, the authors try to find out whether IT governance is implemented correctly and effectively in accordance with the company's vision and mission. This is very important considering the high costs that must be borne by companies in implementing information technology, especially PT. Global Putra Sejahtera so that the costs incurred are not wasted and the company generates profits according to the goals needed to achieve its vision and mission. The framework used in this study is COBIT version 4.1, specializing in the Plan and Organize (PO), Acquire and Implement (AI), Monitor and Evaluate (ME), and Delivery and Support (DS) domains. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with selected sources according to the domain used. The method used by the author to analyze the data uses four stages, namely determining the domain level, determining the control process, determining indicators, and mapping maturity. The results of this survey help determine the maturity of the business processes running at PT. Global Putra Sejahtera, especially in the PO, AI, ME and DS domains, is measured and integrated in all running processes to provide recommendations to companies so that their information technology applications are more effective and efficient.
