Abstract

Bumi Serpong Damai atau seringkali disingkat dengan "BSD" atau kini disebut sebagai BSD City yang merupakan salah satu kota satelit dari Jakarta yang ditujukan untuk menjadi kota mandiri yang diresmikan pada 16 Januari 1984. Dimana semua fasilitas disediakan di kota tersebut mulai dari perkantoran, perdagangan, pendidikan, wisata, sekaligus perumahan. Bangunan Mixed-use adalah suatu kawasan pengembangan yang terdiri dari produk perkantoran, tempat tinggal dan komersial yang dikembangkan menjadi satu kesatuan atau multifungsi yang dibangun dalam satu kesatuan. Bangunan dengan arsitektur Green Building adalah arsitektur ekologis atau arsitektur ramah lingkungan. Pengertian arsitektur hijau adalah konsep desain dan pembangunan yang didasarkan atas prinsip ekologis dan konservasi lingkungan untuk menghasilkan bangunan yang hemat energi serta ramah lingkungan arsitektur hijau sangat berorientasi pada sinar matahari serta memaksimalkan iklim melalui tumbuhan dan air. Kata Kunci : Mixed-use, Green Building, BSD City Bumi Serpong Damai or often abbreviated as "BSD" or now referred to as BSD City which is one of the satellite cities of Jakarta which is intended to become an independent city which was inaugurated on January 16, 1984. Where all facilities are provided in the city starting from offices, trade, education, tourism, as well as housing. Mixed-use building is a development area consisting of office, residential and commercial products that are developed into a single unit or are multifunctional which are built in one unit. Buildings with Green Building architecture are ecological architecture or environmentally friendly architecture. The definition of green architecture is a design and development concept based on ecological principles and environmental conservation to produce buildings that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Green architecture is highly oriented towards sunlight and maximizes the climate through plants and water. Keywords : Mixed-Use, Green Building, BSD City
