Abstract
Rapid industrial growth in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the logistics and warehousing sector by contributing 0.35% of the national economic growth of 0.5% in the quarter I / 2018, this growth was influenced by increased e-commerce transactions supported by better infrastructure development. But this growth was not accompanied by a large reduction in logistics costs, which was recorded in 2017 by 23.5%, far higher than other Southeast Asian countries, and increasingly declining in the second quarter of 2020 minus 5.32%, with a case study on manufacturing companies and pump repairs in the oil and energy industry, which aims to increase the productivity of warehouse operations, the initial data obtained from the warehouse process problems at this company is about flow management, visual control and a less conducive work culture. By proposing the Lean Warehouse method with the concept of VSM, 5S, plus lean thinking, using CSVSM and waste analysis, which is carried out in the warehouse operation process, an improvement is made with an increase in productivity while loading unloading operating time by 31%, receiving by 30%, and storage by 22%. In the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, it is obtained by receiving 15%, put away by 32%, and picking by 32%, with an average decrease in value add by 27% and non-value add by an average of 41%. Pertumbuhan industri yang pesat pada sektor manufaktur, khususnya dalam sektor logistik dan pergudangan dengan menyumbang 0.35% dari pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sebesar 0.5% pada kuartal I/2018, pertumbuhan ini di pengaruhi oleh meningkatnya transaksi e-commerce dengan ditunjang pembangunan infrastruktur yang lebih baik. Tetapi pertumbuhan ini tidak di ikut sertakan dengan penurunan biaya logistik yang besar, yang tercatat pada tahun 2017 sebesar 23,5%, jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan negara Asia Tenggara lainnya, dan semakin menuruh pada kwartal II-2020 minus 5,32% , dengan studi kasus pada Perusahaan manufaktur dan perbaikan pompa pada industri minyak dan energy, yang bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas operasi gudang, data awal yang didapat dari permasalahan proses gudang pada perusahaan ini adalah mengenai flow management, visual control dan budaya kerja yang kurang kondusif. Dengan mengusulkan metoda Lean Warehouse dengan konsep VSM, 5S, ditambah lean Thinking, menggunakan CSVSM dan analisis waste, yang dilakukan pada proses operasi gudang, dihasilkan suatu improvement dengan peningkatan produktivitas waktu operasi loading unloading sebesar 31%, receiving sebesar 30%, dan storage sebesar 22%. Pada proses operasi harian gudang didapatkan hasil receiving sebesar 15%, Put Away sebesar 32%, dan Picking sebesar 32%, dengan rata-rata penurunan value add sebesar 27% dan nonvalue add rata-rata sebesar 41%.
