Abstract

The Asbestos industry has excluded many states with the exception of America and Canada. This ban has succeeded in making the business of Asbestos industry switch to developing countries with large numbers, massive economic development, and the level of development will be dangerous Asbestos is low. Countries with the largest consumption of Asbestos in the world Full contribution to India with an average consumption of Asbestos per year reaches 308 thousand tons, China 288 thousand tons, Russia 234 thousand tons, Brazil 120 thousand tons, and Indonesia 114 thousand tons. Indonesia is the country with the fifth largest Asbestos expenditure level in the world, the 3rd in Asia, and the first in Southeast Asia. The level of Asbestos consumption in Indonesia is decreasing from year to year but the production of Asbestos roofing companies with Asbestos raw materials increases the level. The purpose of this study is the approval and implementation of a roofing company assessment using the Balanced scorecard method that is integrated with safety against Asbestos. This research was conducted by studying a case study in one of the Asbestos roofing companies in Indonesia. The steps in conducting this research are determining strategic objectives, determining key performance indicators, determining Balanced safety assessments and conducting performance evaluations. The results of the Safety Balanced Scorecard design are 34.70% for the learning & growth perspective, 32.00% for the internal business process perspective, 19.16% for the customer perspective and 14.16% for the financial perspective. The results of the 2019 Roof Company Performance Assessment are internal business processes with a performance score of 1.233, second learning & growth with a performance score of 1,180, customers with a performance score of 0.685, and finance with a performance score of 0.470. From four viewpoints the total performance number is 3,567 which means that the BSC safety performance measurement of Asbestos roofing companies is in the sufficient category. Keywords: security. Balanced scorecard, performance measurement, Asbestos Industri Asbestos telah dilarang di banyak negara-negara barat dengan pengecualian Amerika dan Kanada, telah membuat pangsa bisnis mereka beralih ke negara berkembang dengan jumlah populasi besar, pembangunan ekonomi masif, dan tingkat kesadaran akan bahaya Asbestos yang rendah. Indonesia adalah negara dengan tingkat konsumsi Asbestos terbesar ke 5 di dunia, ke 3 di Asia, dan pertama di Asia Tenggara. Tingkat konsumsi Asbestos di indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami penurunan tetapi produksi perusahaan atap Asbestos dengan bahan baku Asbestos mengalami pengingkatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan atap Asbestos dengan metode Balanced scorecard yang diintegrasikan dengan safety terhadap Asbestos. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan case study di slah satu perusahaan atap Asbestos di Indonesia. Langkah dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi sasaran strategis, identifikasi key performance indikator, merancang Safety Balanced Scorecard dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Hasil rancangan Safety Balanced Scorecard yaitu 34,70% untuk perspektif learning & growth, 32,00% untuk perspektif internal business process, 19,16% untuk perspektif customer dan 14,16% untuk perspektif financial. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perusahaan atap Asbestos 2019 adalah internal business process dengan skor kinerja 1,233, kedua learning & growth dengan skor kinerja 1,180, ketiga customer dengan skor kinerja 0,685, dan terakhir financial dengan skor kinerja 0,470. Dari ke empat perspektif tersebut total pengukuran kinerja 3,567 yang berarti pungukuran kinerja safety BSC perusahaan atap Asbestos masuk kategori cukup.
