Abstract

Studi kelayakan mempunyai arti penting bagi perkembangan dunia usaha. Studi kelayakan yang diterapkan secara benar akan menghasilkan laporan yang komperhensif tentang kelayakan proyek/bisnis yang akan didirikan/dikembangkan/didanai dan kemungkinan – kemungkinan risiko yang akan terjadi. para penikmat kopi yang datang di kedai kopi dengan mudah dan menikmati secangkir kopi yang berkualitas. Tentunya hal ini perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dalam menciptakan produk minuman kopi yang mempunyai kualitas baik sehingga akan berdampak pada kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghindari resiko kerugian, memudahkan perencanaan, memudahkan pelaksanaan pekerjaan, memudahkan pengawasan, dan memudahkan pengendalian. Tipe penilitian ini dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif atau penelitian yang menganalisis data- data secara kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang sudah ditetapkan kemudian diinterpretasikan hasil analisis tersebut untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengolah data aspek non finansial (aspek pasar, aspek teknis) dan aspek finansial (NPV, BCR, IRR, PP) kemudian mengambil kesimpulan layak atau tidak layak dari hasil analisis data-data tersebut sehingga bisa mendapatkan kesimpulan dari rekomendasi usaha Kopi Mandiri. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil yang di lihat dari berbagai aspek, seperti aspek pasar diketahui bahwa jumlah konsumsi kopi khususnya di Jawa Barat relatif tinggi sehingga sangat baik bilamana ingin melakukan investasi. Berdasarkan aspek lingkungan. Berdasarkan aspek finansial hasil data yang diperoleh dari pengelohan data berdasarkan nilai NPV didapatkan hasil rp. 2.317.000.499, nilai IRR didapatkan hasil 52.9021%, nilai PP didapatkan hasil 2 tahun 0.278 bulan, dan nilai BCR didapatkan hasil 3.617. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Kelayakan Investasi Pada Usaha Kopi Mandiri didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa investasi pada usaha kopi mandiri adalah layak Kata Kunci : Kelayakan, NPV, BCR, IRR, PP. This kind of research employs quantitative descriptive research or research that uses statistical or quantitative methods to evaluate data.. with the intention of putting to the test accepted theories and then using the analysis's findings to draw conclusions. In this study, quantitative research was used to process data on financial and non-financial aspects (NPV, BCR, IRR, PP) and non- financial aspects (market, technical, and technical) in order to derive conclusions about whether or not Mandiri Coffee's business recommendations were feasible. Both primary and secondary data are used in this study. Based on the results of the research, it is known that coffee consumption, particularly in West Java, is relatively high from a number of perspectives, including the market perspective. depending on environmental factors. Based on the financial component, the data processing results yielded a result of Rp 2,317,000,499, an IRR value of 52.9021%, a PP value of 0.278 months over a 2-year period, and a BCR value of 3.617.
