Abstract
Pembangunan Menara Danareksa Project is one of the investment projects and crash programs owned by PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. The choice of the Aluminum Formwork System formwork method is expected to produce high productivity values. However, there are many obstacles in the field so that delays often occur in this work. Among them is where the work sequence often changes resulting in a less effective labor. There fore this research was conducted to determine the effective time of the Aluminum Formwork System formwork labor and calculate the productivity generated every day. The method used in this study is the Productivity Rating method by making direct observations in the field. By using this method, the value of the effective labor time will be obtained. From the results of observations in the field, it was found that labor efficiency was 76.49%, productivity was 6.135 m2 /OH and labor was said to be efficient because the results obtained were >50%. Keywords: Productivity, Aluminium Formwork System, Productivty Rating Proyek Pembangunan Menara Danareksa adalah salah satu proyek investasi dan crash program yang dimiliki oleh PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. Pemilihan metode bekisting Aluminium Formwork System diharapkan dapat menghasilkan nilai produktivitas yang tinggi. Akan tetapi terdapat banyak kendala di lapangan sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam pekerjaan ini. Diantara nya adalah dimana sequence pekerjaan seringkali berubah-ubah sehingga mengakibatkan tenaga kerja yang kurang efektif. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui waktu efektif dari tenaga kerja bekisting Aluminium Formwork System dan menghitung produktivitas yang dihasilkan setiap hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Productivity Rating dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung dilapangan. Dengan menggunakan metode ini maka akan didapatkan nilai waktu efektif tenaga kerja. Dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan didapatkan efisiensi tenaga kerja yaitu 76.49%, produktivitas 6.135 m2 /OH dan tenaga kerja dikatakan efisien karena hasil yang didapat >50%.
