Abstract

One of the resources that determine the successful implementation of a building project is labor. The purpose of developing human resources is to raise the quality of the workforce by developing its people. The execution of construction projects can be slowed down by many factors, including idling, smoking, eating, talking, and relaxing outside of working hours. These factors all decrease the productivity of workers while doing their jobs. The work produced will also be of poor quality and low productivity if the labor involved is unskilled or unsuitable for the job. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of effectiveness (productivity) of labor in the work of column concreting in the field. This research was conducted in Mitra 10 Emerald Bintaro project by using observation using work sampling method where workers are grouped from their activities after that calculating the height level of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). This research was conducted by examining the activities of groups of workers in one work cycle. From the data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value of the reinforcing worker group in the column drilling work is 65.02%. Show that the effectiveness (productivity) of workers in the column concreting cycle is still effective because the Luf value exceeds 50%. Keywords : Productivity, Construction Labour, LUF, Work Sampling, Reinforcing Salah satu sumber daya yang menentukan kesuksesan pelaksanaan proyek bangunan adalah tenaga kerja. Tujuan dikembangkannya sumber daya manusia adalah untuk menaikkan kualitas tenaga kerja dengan mengembangkan manusianya. Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi dapat diperlambat oleh sejumlah faktor, termasuk menganggur, merokok, makan, berbincang – bincang, dan bersantai di luar jam kerja. Faktor – faktor ini semua menurunkan produktivitas pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaan mereka. Pekerjaan yang dihasilkan juga akan berkualitas buruk dan produktivitas rendah jika tenaga kerja yang terlibat tidak terampil atau tidak cocok untuk pekerjaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas (produktivitas) dari tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pabrikasi kolom di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di proyek Mintra 10 Emerald Bintaro dilakukan dengan cara observasi menggunakan metode work sampling dimana pekerja dikelompokan dari aktivitas kegiatannya setelah itu menghitung tingginya tingkat LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meneliti aktivitas kelompok pekerja pada satu siklus pekerjaan. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dari kelompok pekerja pembesian pada pekerjaan pembesian kolom yaitu sebesar 65,02%. Menunjukan bahwa efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja pada siklus pembesian kolom masih efektif dikarenakan nilai LUF melebihi 50%.
