Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembanguan Infrastruktur memiliki peran penting bagi negara. Pembangunan infrastruktur diera sekarang banyak mengunakan beton, baik beton konvensional, beton ready mix atau beton pracetak (precast). Limbah kaca menjadi salah satu jenis sampah yang sangat sulit diurai oleh tanah. Bahkan mungkin dalam prosesnya, dibutuhkan lebih dari 1 juta tahun untuk limbah kaca dapat terurai dengan sendirinya. karena masih banyak limbah keramik yang terbuang tampa kita sadari efek pencemaran dari limbah tersebut. Pemanfaatan limbah keramik sebagai pengganti agregat kasar dapat mengurangi jumlah limbah keramik pada campuran beton dan diharapkan sebagai solusi masalah lingkungan. Pengunaan bahan material beton normal yang ditambang akan mengakibatkan penururan stok alam yang makin lama makin berkurang, Penambagan bahan material penyusun beton jika dilakukan terus menerus akan mengakibatkan stok di alam makin lama makin berkurang dan menyebabkan rusaknya lingkungan karna proses penambangan. Dari hasil kuat tekan beton pada umur beton 28 hari Dengan hasil kuat tekan pada semua variasi campuran beton baik normal maupun subsitusi tidak mencapai mutu kuat tekan rencana yaitu 25 Mpa, dimana hasil rata-rata dari semua varian beton didapat nilai kuat tekan 14 Mpa. ABSTRACT Infrastructure Development has an important role for the country. Infrastructure development in today's era uses a lot of concrete, both conventional concrete, ready mix concrete or precast concrete. Glass waste is one type of waste that is very difficult for the soil to decompose. It is even possible that in the process, it takes more than 1 million years for waste glass to decompose by itself. because there is still a lot of ceramic waste that is wasted without us realizing the effects of pollution from this waste. The use of ceramic waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate can reduce the amount of ceramic waste in the concrete mix and is expected to be a solution to environmental problems. The use of normal concrete materials that are mined will result in a decrease in natural stocks which are getting less and less. Mining of concrete constituent materials if done continuously will result in stocks in nature getting less and less and causing environmental damage due to the mining process. From the results of the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 28 days with the results of the compressive strength of all variations of the concrete mixture, both normal and substitute, it does not reach the design compressive strength of 25 MPa, where the average results of all concrete variants obtained a compressive strength value of 14 MPa.
