Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 Pembangunan/Rehabilitas Polder Kelapa Gading (Kali Betik & Artha Gading) Dan polder Pulo Mas; Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan/Rehabilitas Polder Kelapa Gading (Kali Betik & Artha Gading) Dan polder Pulo Mas; Nama: Andi Dwi Julianto; NIM: 41118320012; Dosen Pembimbing: Anjas Handayani, S.T., M.T. Penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berbasiskan ISO 9001:2015 dalam jasa konstruksi di Indonesia merupakan suatu keputusan yang sangat tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis terutama di bidang konstruksi di PT. X, sebagai bagian dari Grup BUMN Karya yang berkiprah di bidang konstruksi memiliki kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap pengembangan sistem manajemen mutu secara nasional. Masalah utama dalam penerapan ISO adalah kesiapan SDM untuk mengikuti standar yang ada, penyiapan dokumen-dokumen, pengecekan dokumen, serta komitmen pimpinan dan karyawan sehingga menghasilkan kinerja mutu yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan indikator apa saja yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian terhadap kualitas pekerjaan dalam penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 pada proyek Pembangunan/Rehabilitas Polder Kelapa Gading (Kali Betik & Artha Gading) Dan polder Pulo Mas dengan perbandingan dari kedua metode skala rating dan metode uji regresi linier berganda. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data berdasarkan literatur dan juga melakukan observasi di lapangan dan melakukan diskusi dengan pihak-pihak ahli dibidang yang sedang diteliti pada proyek tersebut, Hasil Pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa indikator yang menyebabkan penurunan kinerja mutu berada pada variabel Kepemimpinan (x2), yang di dapatkan dari hasil kedua uji dengan metode Skala Rating dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Dengan hasil pada metode skala rating variabel Kepemimpinan (x2) mendapatkan presentase terendah bernilai 81,43 %, sedangkan pada metode uji regresi linier berganda didapatkan presentase bernilai 11,6 %. The implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 in construction services in Indonesia is a very appropriate decision in facing business competition, especially in the field of construction at PT. X, as part of the BUMN Karya Group which is active in the construction sector has a high concern for the development of a national quality management system. The main problem in implementing ISO is the readiness of human resources to comply with existing standards, preparing documents, checking documents, and the commitment of leaders and employees so as to produce good quality performance. This study aims to analyze the formulation of the problem, namely what is the level of implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and what indicators cause discrepancies with the quality of work in the application of ISO 9001: 2015 certification in the Kelapa Gading Polder Construction/Rehabilitation project (Kali Betik & Artha Gading) And the Pulo Mas polder with a comparison of the two rating scale methods and the multiple linear regression test method. In collecting research data, this research collects data based on literature and also conducts field observations and holds discussions with experts in the field being researched on the project. The results of this study show that the indicators that cause a decrease in quality performance are in the variable Leadership ( x2), which was obtained from the results of the two tests using the Rating Scale and Multiple Linear Regression methods. With the results in the Leadership variable rating scale method (x2) getting the lowest percentage worth 81.43%, while in the multiple linear regression test method the percentage is 11.6%.
