Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: OPTIMALISASI KINERJA RUAS JALAN DI PERLINTASAN SEBIDANG JALAN PERJUANGAN KOTA BEKASI, Nama: Fany Kurniawan , NIM: 41118310069, Dosen Pembimbing: Ir. Muhammad Isradi, S.T, M.T, Ph.D. 2023 Kota Bekasi mengalami pertumbuhan pesat di Jawa Barat dengan populasi yang signifikan. Jalan Perjuangan Kota Bekasi merupakan salah satu daerah yang terkena dampak kemacetan karena peningkatan jumlah kendaraan dan faktor-faktor seperti penutupan pintu perlintasan kereta api dan tingginya aktivitas di sekitar jalan, seperti seperti angkutan umum dan ojek online yang berhenti di tepi jalan, serta banyaknya kendaraan yang keluar masuk dari stasiun dan tempat penitipan motor atau mobil. Untuk mencapai kelancaran dan keamanan di perlintasan sebidang Jalan Perjuangan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode shockwave untuk panjang antrian dan waktu tundaan, serta metode greenshield untuk hubungan antara volume, kecepatan, dan kerapatan lalu lintas, dengan mengacu pada MKJI 1997 sebagai pedoman kapasitas ruas jalan. Tingkat pelayanan jalan tertinggi terjadi pada hari senin 30 Januari 2023 dengan nilai DS = 0,86 dengan tingkat pelayanan adalah E yang menunjukan arus tidak stabil, kecepatan terkadang terhenti dan mendekati kapasitas. Setelah dilakukan optimalisasi didapat nilai DS = 0,70 dengan tingkat pelayanan adalah C yang menunjukan arus stabil, tetapi kecepatan dan gerak kendaraan dikendalikan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan shockwave dan greenshield, didapat koefisien determinasi yang terbesar dengan nilai (R2) = 0,961. Penutupan palang pintu kereta api terlama dengan durasi penutupan 522 detik. Dengan panjang antrian terbesar di arah selatan sebesar (Qm) = 6370,47 meter dengan tundaan sebesar 5317,37 detik di jam 17.00 - 18.00 pada hari senin 30 Januari 2023. Sedangkan panjang antrian terbesar di arah utara sebesar (Qm) = 6348,33 meter dengan tundaan sebesar 4266,20 detik di jam 07.00 - 08.00 pada hari senin 30 Januari 2023. ABSTRACT Title: OPTIMIZATION OF ROAD PERFORMANCE IN A PLANE OF ROAD CROSSING, BEKASI CITY, Name: Fany Kurniawan, NIM: 41118310069, Supervisor: Muhammad Isradi, S.T, M.T. 2023. The city of Bekasi has experienced rapid growth in West Java with a significant population. Jalan Perjuangan in Bekasi is one of the areas affected by traffic congestion due to an increase in the number of vehicles and factors such as the closure of railway crossings and high activity around the road, such as public transportation and online motorcycle taxis stopping at the roadside, as well as the high number of vehicles entering and exiting the station and parking areas for motorcycles or cars. In order to achieve smooth and safe traffic flow at the level crossing of Jalan Perjuangan, this study aims to conduct an analysis using the shockwave method for queue length and delay time, as well as the greenshield method for the relationship between volume, speed, and traffic density, with reference to MKJI 1997 as a guideline for road capacity. The highest level of road service occurred on Monday, January 30, 2023, with a DS value of 0.86, indicating service level E, which represents unstable flow, occasional speed interruptions, and approaching capacity. After optimization, the DS value improved to 0.70, indicating service level C, which signifies stable flow, although speed and vehicle movement are controlled. Based on the calculations of shockwave and greenshield, the highest coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.961. The longest duration of railway crossing closure is 522 seconds. The largest queue length in the south direction is (Qm) = 6370.47 meters with a delay of 5317.37 seconds between 17:00 - 18:00 on Monday, January 30, 2023. Meanwhile, the largest queue length in the north direction is (Qm) = 6348.33 meters with a delay of 4266.20 seconds between 07:00 - 08:00 on Monday, January 30, 2023.
