Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Perbandingan Metode Kontruksi Telescopic Canopy Column Dan Konvensional Pada Proyek Canopy Fourcourt SPBU Shell Graha Raya Tangerang, Nama : Aditya Nurfajri, Nim : 41117110162, Dosen Pembimbing : Prof. Dr. Ir. Drs. Syafwandi, M.Sc., 2022 Bangunan konstruksi baja pada umumnya menggunakan sistem konvensional dengan elemen utama adalah hot rollet wf standar yang biasa kita jumpai dipasaran yang lebih berat dari non prismatic yang kemudian dilakukan fabrikasi dilapangan. Metode ini sudah banyak diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi baja. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan inovasi dibidang konstruksi terdapat alternatif metode konstruksi lain yang dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan konstruksi baja yang lebih murah, implementasi yang efisien dan cepat dengan meminimal resiko kesalahan (akurasi), serta menghasilkan metode erection yang dilakukan secara bertahap, relatif mudah dan cepat. Metode yang dapat diterapkan ini yaitu dinamakan dengan sistem konstruksi baja telescopic canopy column dengan metode pre-engineering building. Tujuan untuk melakukan perbandingan metode konstruksi baja konvensional dan preengineering building dengan sistem telescopic canopy column dari aspek biaya dan waktu. Proyek yang djadikan objek penelitian adalah Pembangunan Fourcourt Canopy SPBU Shell Graha Raya Taangerang Masing- masing metode akan dihitung biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan berdasarkan pelaksanaan teknis metode tersebut. Dari hasil perbandingan akan didapat biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk metode konvensional kontruksi baja kanopi dan pre-engineering building sistem telescopic. This method has been widely applied in the implementation of steel construction. Along with the development of technology and innovation in the field of construction there are alternative construction methods developed to produce cheaper steel construction, efficient and fast implementation by minimizing the risk of error (accuracy), and produce erection methods that are carried out gradually, relatively easily and quickly. This method that can be applied is called the telescopic canopy column steel construction system with pre-engineering building methods. The goal is to compare conventional steel construction methods and pre-engineering building with telescopic canopy column systems in terms of cost and time. The project that is the object of research is the Construction of Fourcourt Canopy Gas Station Shell Graha Raya Taangerang Each method will be calculated cost and implementation time based on the technical implementation of the method. From the results of the comparison will be obtained the cost and time required for conventional methods of canopy steel construction and pre-engineering building telescopic systems.
