Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK KEBUTUHAN RUANG PARKIR PADA MASJID JAMI KAWASAN PERUMAHAN CLUSTER TERPADU (Studi Kasus: Masjid An-Ni’mah, CitraGran, Cibubur), Nama: Kusnan Prasetia, NIM: 41119210017, Dosen Pembimbing: Dr. Andri Irfan Rifai, S.T., M.T., Tahun: 2023 Di Masjid An-Ni’mah di perumahan CitraGran banyak jamaah yang berdatangan untuk melakukan ibadah sholat berjamaah, baik warga komplek perumahan maupun warga luar komplek perumahan. Sehingga pada waktu yang bersamaan menyebabkan lahan parkir masjid menjadi penuh dan banyak warga pula yang memarkirkan kendaraannya di bahu jalan yang dapat mengganggu kinerja ruas jalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karakteristik ruang parkir yaitu meliputi volume parkir, akumulasi parkir, durasi parkir, kebutuhan ruang parkir, indeks parkir, tingkat pergantian parkir, dan kapasitas parkir. Kemudian untuk mengetahui kinerja jalan menggunakan Q/C ratio dan IPA Metode sebagai tolak ukur tingkat kepuasan dan pelayanan jamaah terhadap pelayanan ruang parkir masjid. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan didapat indeks parkir senilai 2,49 dan parking turn over sebanyak 4 kendaraan. Kemudian hasil perhitungan kapasitas parkir di hari jumat 48 kendaraan/jam untuk motor dan 14 kendaraan/jam untuk mobil. Sedangkan ruas Jl. Transyogi menurut perhitungan Q/C ratio mendapatkan indeks A dan B sehingga aktivitas di Masjid tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja jalan. Kemudian tingkat pelayanan ruang parkir mendapatkan nilai 4,40 dan 4,36 mempunyai arti jamaah sangat puas terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan elama mereka melakukan aktivitas di masjid tersebut ABSTRACT Title: ANALYSIS OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PARKING SPACE NEEDS IN JAMI MOSQUE INTEGRATED CLUSTER HOUSING AREA (Case Study: An-Ni'mah Mosque, CitraGran, Cibubur), Name: Kusnan Prasetia, NIM: 41119210017, Lecture Advisor: Dr. Andri Irfan Rifai, S.T., M.T., Year: 2023 At the An-Ni'mah Mosque in CitraGran housing, many worshippers came to perform congregational prayers, both residents of the housing complex and residents outside the housing complex. So that at the same time it causes the mosque parking lot to be full and many residents also park their vehicles on the shoulder of the road which can interfere with the performance of the road section. The method used in this study is the characteristics of parking spaces, which include parking volume, parking accumulation, parking duration, parking space needs, parking index, parking turnover rate, and parking capacity . Then to find out the performance of the road using the Q/C ratio and IPA Method as a benchmark for the level of satisfaction and service of pilgrims to the service of mosque parking spaces. From the results of the analysis carried out, a parking index of 2.49 and a parking turn over of 4 vehicles was obtained. Then the results of the calculation of parking capacity on Friday are 48 vehicles / hour for motorbikes and 14 vehicles / hour for cars. Meanwhile, the Jl. Transyogi section according to the calculation of the Q/C ratio gets an index of A and B so that activities in the Mosque do not significantly affect road performance. Then the service level of the parking space gets a value of 4.40 and 4.36 which means that the pilgrims are very satisfied with the performance and satisfaction when they carry out activities in the mosque
