Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Total Quality Managerial and System Award on Public Sector Organizational Performance, namely Hospitals located in the DKI Jakarta area. This study uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data collection techniques in this study used purposive sampling. The total sample in this study amounted to 105 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that jointly Total Quality Managerial and Reward Systems have a significant effect below 0.05, which is 0.014 on Public Sector Organizational Performance. Keywords: Total Quality Manageial, Reward System, Public Sector Organizational Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Total Quality Managerial dan Sistem Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik yaitu Rumah Sakit yang berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 16 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara bersama Total Quality Managerial dan Sistem Penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan dibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,014 terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik. Kata kunci: Total Quality Manageial, Sistem Penghargaan, Kinerja Organisasi Sektor Publik.
