Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Ruas Jalan Dan Karakteristik Arus Lalu Lintas (Studi Kasus : Ruas Jalan Perjuangan, Bekasi Utara Km 8,0 Sepanjang 600 M Kota Bekasi), Nama : Kristeria Pakpahan, NIM : 41118310080, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Aditia Kesuma Negara D, S.T., M.Sc., IPM, ASEAN Eng, 2023. Kota Bekasi mengalami pertumbuhan kepemilikan kendaraan yang naik sebesar 6,92% selama kurun waktu 8 tahun dengan panjang ruas jalan yang dimiliki sekitar 21.960 km2. Dampak dari pertumbuhan tersebut terjadi di Jalan Perjuangan dengan banyaknya kendaraan melintas pada ruas jalan ini, sehingga menyebabkan kepadatan volume kendaraan saat jam sibuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan, karakteristik lalu lintas, proyeksi pertumbuhan lalu lintas pada kondisi 5 tahun mendatang serta alternatif solusinya, dengan mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 serta hubungan antar variabel menggunakan Greenshield, Greenberg, dan Underwood. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari survei lapangan pada ruas Jalan Perjuangan, Kota Bekasi selama 3 hari yaitu, hari Senin, Sabtu dan Minggu. Data yang akan diambil antara lain : volume lalu lintas, kecepatan kendaraan, dan hambatan samping. Serta data sekunder berupa peta lokasi, data dari DISHUB, jumlah penduduk dan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan. Hasil analisa kinerja ruas jalan pada kondisi existing (2022) diperoleh derajat kejenuhan 0,95  1,00 (LOS F) untuk arah selatan dan 0,75  0,84 (LOS D) untuk arah utara. Sedangkan model terpilih untuk hubungan antar variabel adalah model Underwood dengan (S-D) S = 54,473. e-0,008 D; (V-S) V = 54,473 D. e-0,008 D; (V-D) V = 527,146 S - 131,862 S Ln S untuk arah selatan dan model Greenberg dengan (S-D) S = 98,312 - 16,269 Ln D; (V-S) V = 98,312 D - 16,269 D²; (V-D) V = 421,148 S - e0,061 S untuk arah utara. Hasil proyeksi pertumbuhan lalu lintas menunjukan pada kedua arah ruas di Jalan Perjuangan masing-masing nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,33 dan 1,05 sehingga tingkat pelayanan jalan/level of service adalah F. Aditia Kesuma Negara D, S.T., M.Sc., IPM, ASEAN Eng, 2023 Bekasi city undergoes vehicle ownership growth of 6,92% over a period of 8 years with 21.960 km2 of road length. The impact of this growth occurred on Jalan Perjuangan with many vehicles passing on this road section, causing the density of vehicle volumes during peak hours. This study aims to determine the performance of road sections, traffic characteristics, projected traffic growth in the next 5 years and alternative solutions, with reference to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) and the relationship between variables using Greenshield, Greenberg, and Underwood. In this study, the data used is primary data obtained from field surveys on Jalan Perjuangan, Bekasi City for 3 days, namely, Monday, Saturday and Sunday. The data to be taken include: traffic volume, vehicle speed, and side obstacles. As well as secondary data in the form of location maps, data from DISHUB, population and number of vehicle ownership. The results of analyzing the performance of road sections under existing conditions (2022) obtained a degree of saturation of 0.95  1.00 (LOS F) for the south road and 0,75  0,84 (LOS D) for the north road. While the selected model for the relationship between variables is the Underwood model with (S-D) S = 54,473. e-0,008 D; (V-S) V = 54,473 D. e-0,008 D; (V-D) V = 527,146 S - 131,862 S Ln S for the south road and Greenberg model with (S-D) S = 98,312 - 16,269 Ln D; (V-S) V = 98,312 D - 16,269 D²; (V-D) V = 421,148 S - e0,061 S for the north road. The results of traffic growth projections show that in both directions of the section on Jalan Perjuangan, the degree of saturation values are 1.33 and 1.05, respectively, so the level of service is F.
