Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Evaluasi Kelongsoran Galian Tanah Pada Proyek Hotel Fairfield By Marriott Kota Tangerang, Nama : Septiana Nur Maharani, Nim : 4118310034, Dosen Pembimbing : Pintor Tua Simatupang, Ir., M.T., PhD Angka keamanan lereng merupakan syarat untuk mengetahui stabilitas lereng tanah suatu galian atau timbunan apakah tanah stabil atau tidak stabil bahkan longsor. Pada pekerjaan galian tanah proyek Hotel Fairfield By Marriott Kota Tangerang terjadi kelongsoran yang diakibatkan oleh kondisi tanah, saluran kota sekitar galian, dan curah hujan yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi stabilitas lereng galian tanah dan perkuatan yang telah digunakan pada proyek tersebut. Perkuatan dinding penahan tanah yang digunakan adalah cerucuk kayu dan bronjong batu kali dimana kelongsoran pertama terjadi kemudian penahan tanah cerucuk kayu dipasang kemudian terjadi kelongongsoran kedua dan dipasang bronjong batu kali. Dengan metode bishop, faktor keamanan yang didapatkan pada galian tanah tahap ke-3 yaitu tanah dengan kedalaman -8,2 meter SF=0,90. Penggunaan software plaxis digunakan untuk membantu proses evaluasi stabilitas lereng dan SF yang didapatkan 0,9396. Setelah diberi perkuatan penahan dengan cerucuk kayu didapatkan SF=0,9470 dan bronjong batu kali didapatkan SF=1,032. Apabila nilai Cu menggunakan korelasi terhadap N-SPT didapatkan SF=3,167. In the excavation work of the Fairfield By Marriott Hotel project, Tangerang City, there was a landslide caused by soil conditions, city drainage around the excavation, and quite high rainfall. This study aims to evaluate the stability of the excavation and reinforcement slopes that have been used in the project. Reinforcement of the retaining walls used are wooden crevices and river stone gabions where the first slide occurs then the retaining wooden recess is installed then a second sliding occurs and river stone gabions are installed. With the bishop method, the safety factor obtained in the 3rd stage of excavation is soil with a depth of -8.2 meters SF=0.90. The use of plaxis software was used to assist in the process of evaluating slope stability and the SF=0.9396. After being reinforced with retaining wood FS=0,9470 and stone gabions FS=1,032.
