Abstract
ABSTRAK Beton adalah kombinasi campuran antara semen, pasir, kerikil dan air yang diaduk dengan homogen sehingga menjadi kesatuan yang kuat dan kokoh. Dalam proses pembangunan tentunya pekerjaan-pekerjaan tersebut tidak akan lepas dari kebutuhan suatu material atau bahan-bahan tertentu. Sehingga suatu konstruksi bangunan dalam pelaksanaannya dapat menghasilkan bangunan yang kuat dan utuh sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Karena limbah bangunan ini begitu banyak ditemukan maka pada penelitian kali ini peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan campuran limbah genteng dan limbah bongkaran beton sebagai pengganti agregat kasar mutu rencana fc 20 Mpa dengan persentase variasi 1 LG0%+LB0%, variasi 2 LG0%+LB40%, variasi 3 LG40%+LB0%, variasi 4 LG40%+LB40%. Hasil penelitian kali ini dengan beton normal yang memiliki kuat tekan yang paling tinggi 21,34MPa dan diikuti dengan campuran limbah beton variasi 2 dengan kuat tekan yang terendah 15,38 Mpa pada umur 28 hari . Pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian yaitu pengujian slump test dan pengujian kuat tekan beton yang dilakukan pada umur beton 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil dari penelitian kali ini didapat dengan kuat tekan rata-rata yaitu beton normal 28 hari yaitu 21,31 Mpa, variasi 2 sebesar 16,07 Mpa, variasi 3 sebesar 16,78 Mpa dan variasi 4 sebesar 18,71 Mpa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kuat tekan beton campuran tidak mencapai mutu yang direncanakan fc 20 Mpa. Kata Kunci : Beton ; limbah genteng ; Limbah Beton ; Kuat Tekan ABSTRACT Concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, gravel and water that is stirred homogeneously so that it becomes a strong and sturdy unit. In the development process, of course, these jobs will not be separated from the need for a particular material or ingredients. So that a building construction in its implementation can produce a strong and intact building as expected. Because there are so many building wastes, in this study the researchers conducted research with a mixture of roof tile waste and concrete demolition waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate design quality fc 20 MPa with a percentage variation of 1 LG0%+LB0%, variation 2 LG0%+LB40%, variation 3 LG40%+LB0%, variation 4 LG40%+LB40%. The results of this study were normal concrete which had the highest compressive strength of 21.34 MPa and was followed by a mixture of waste concrete variation 2 with the lowest compressive strength of 15.38 MPa at 28 days of age. The tests carried out in this study were slump test and concrete compressive strength testing which were carried out at the age of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days of concrete. The results of this study were obtained with an average compressive strength of 28 days normal concrete, namely 21.31 Mpa, variation 2 of 16.07 Mpa, variation 3 of 16.78 Mpa and variation 4 of 18.71 Mpa. Based on the results of the research, the compressive strength of the mixed concrete did not reach the planned quality of fc 20 MPa.
