Abstract

The more developed the world of construction in Indonesia, the more diverse ways of carrying out construction. This can be seen by the increasing number of developments carried out, both buildings, bridges, roads and buildings for community needs. With this development, in terms of planning and implementation, it must be carried out efficiently and effectively to get the results required by the project such as cost and implementation time. In the implementation of construction in the field there are several methods used, one of which is the conventional method. Which is carried out at the project site. In conventional implementation there are several drawbacks, namely it takes longer, quality control is not good and requires a lot of formwork, so it takes longer. In addition, there is a method which is basically the same as ordinary reinforced concrete but what distinguishes it is that the production process is carried out in a special place for production, then brought to the project site (transportation) to be assembled into a unified whole structure (erect). Compared to conventional methods, the method can reduce the amount of formwork required, because the molding is made of steel plate material that can be used from start to finish the project. This can shorten the work time. The intent and purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the comparison of costs, time, and quality of stair work between the conventional concrete method and the precast concrete method at the Episode Hotel Tangerang project. In this study it is limited to analyzing the comparison of stair structure work with conventional concrete and precast concrete methods. Things compared in this study are in terms of cost, time, and quality. The research focuses on the work of concrete structures, namely stairs, with conventional concrete and precast concrete methods. With a comparative analysis of conventional and precast execution methods, the results of the conventional execution method require 150 days of implementation at a cost of Rp. 698.816.043 and the precast implementation method for 87 days with a cost of Rp. 683.709.963. Keywords: Conventional, precast, cost, quality, time, implementation method, ladder. Semakin berkembangnya dunia konstruksi di Indonesia maka semakin beragam cara pelaksanaan konstruksinya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan semakin banyaknya pembangunan yang dilaksanakan baik itu gedung, jembatan, jalan dan bangunan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dengan pembangunan tersebut maka dalam hal perencanaan dan pelaksanaan harus dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang disyaratkan dalam proyek seperti biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan. Dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan ada beberapa metode yang digunakan salah satunya adalah metode konvensional. Yang mana pelaksanaannya dilakukan di lokasi proyek. Dalam pelaksanaan konvensional terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama, kontrol kualitas yang kurang baik serta membutuhkan banyak bekisting, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Selain itu terdapat metode yang pada dasarnya sama seperti beton bertulang biasa tetapi yang membedakannya yaitu proses produksi dilakukan di tempat khusus produksi , kemudian dibawa ke lokasi proyek (transportasi) untuk disusun menjadi satu kesatuan struktur yang utuh (ereksi). Dibanding metode konvensional, metode dapat mereduksi jumlah kebutuhan bekisting, karena cetakan (moulding) terbuat dari bahan plat baja yang dapat dipakai dari awal hingga proyek selesai. Hal tersebut dapat mempersingkat waktu pekerjaan. Maksud dan tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk Membuktikan perbandingan biaya, waktu, dan mutu pada pekerjaan tangga antara metode beton konvensional dengan metode beton pracetak pada proyek Hotel Episode Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada menganalisis perbandingan pekerjaan struktur tangga dengan metode pelaksanaan beton konvensional dan beton pracetak. Hal yang dibandingkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dari segi biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Penelitian berfokus pada pekerjaan struktur beton yaitu tangga, dengan metode beton konvensional dan beton pracetak. Dengan analisis perbandingan metode pelaksanaan konvensional dan precast didapatkan hasil Metode pelaksanaan tangga konvensional membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 150 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 698.816.043 dan Metode pelaksanaan tangga precast selama 87 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 683.709.963.
