Abstract

In a construction project there are various stages related to construction management, in which there are various problems regarding the cost and time of execution of the work. So that in its implementation a system is needed for cost management (Cost Management) and time management (Time Management) so that in its implementation, the project can be completed on time as planned and the costs incurred according to the needs of the project being carried out. In writing this research, the main study is, how is the performance of the project in terms of cost and time, how is the application of Earned Value Analysis to predict the cost and final time of completion of Cross-border Post Development Project Sarasan. The cost to complete the remaining work (ETC) is Rp. 60,898,671,573. Complete work completion time (EAS) is 634 days. Where until the end of the project, the project experienced a delay from the initial plan of implementation for 270 days, there was a difference of 364 days. The total cost to complete all work (EAC) is Rp. 65,971,911,573. The completion achievement index (TCPI) is greater than one (> 1), indicating a decrease in performance on the remaining work. Keyword : Analysis Project, Analysis Project Performance, Earned Value Analysis Dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi terdapat berbagai tahapan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen konstruksi, yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai permasalahan mengenai biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya diperlukan suatu system untuk manajemen biaya (Cost Management) dan manajemen waktu (Time Management) agar dalam pelaksanaannya, proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu sesuai yang telah direncanakan serta biaya yang dikeluarkan sesuai kebutuhan proyek yang dikerjakan. Dalam penulisan penelitian ini yang menjadi kajian utama yaitu, bagaimanakah kinerja proyek dilihat dari segi biaya dan waktu, bagaimana penerapan Earned Value Analysis untuk memprediksi biaya dan waktu akhir penyelesaian proyek Konstruksi Pembangunan Pos Lintas Batas Negara Sarasan. Biaya untuk menyelesaikan sisa pekerjaan (ETC) adalah sebesar Rp. 60,898,671,573. Waktu penyelesaian seluruh pekerjaan (EAS) adalah 634 hari. Dimana sampai dengan akhir proyek, proyek mengalami keterlambatan dari rencana awal pelaksanaan selama 270 hari, terdapat selisih 364 hari. Total biaya untuk menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan (EAC) adalah sebesar Rp. 65,971,911,573. Indeks prestasi penyelesaian (TCPI) adalah besar dari satu (> 1), menunjukkan adanya penurunan kinerja pada sisa pekerjaan.
