Abstract
Information Technology Governance is a process for overcoming problems, and decision-making as well as a framework that must be accounted for. Evaluation of information technology governance is needed to determine the success of IT. One of them is COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information Related Technology version 5). This study uses the COBIT 5 framework. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of IT Governance at PT Max Solution Indonesia, if there is a discrepancy, the authors design IT Governance. From this study it can be concluded that problem solving and decision making can be done using the COBIT 5 framework, using the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) method as a capability level calculation. Keywords: Research, Information Technology Governance, COBIT 5, Evaluation, CMMI Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi merupakan sebuah proses untuk mengatasi permasalahan, dan pengambilan keputusan serta kerangka kerja yang harus dipertanggung jawabkan. Evaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan untuk menentukan keberhasilan IT. Salah satunya yaitu COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information Related Technology version 5). Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan IT Governance pada PT Max Solution Indonesia, jika memiliki ketidaksesuaian maka penulis melakukan perancangan IT Governance. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam mengatasi permasalahan dan pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5, dengan menggunakan metode CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) sebagai perhitungan capability level.
