Abstract

Sexual violence is a crucial act that has many negative impacts on the lives of its victims. The rate of sexual violence continues to increase every year. Therefore, the ability to recover or resilience is very important to create positive development in individuals. This study aims to obtain an in-depth description of the resilience process in early adult women who have experienced sexual violence. This research is qualitative research and data is obtained by an in-depth interview process. The triangulation technique used is source triangulation and technical triangulation, namely observation techniques. The research subjects were 4 people. The results of this study indicate that Subject NL went through her resilience process through the works she wrote, did many new activities, and received support from professionals. Subject NC is still trying to fight the trauma caused by the sexual violence she received, getting help from professionals. Subject LK has forgiven the perpetrator and accepted the sexual violence that happened to her, but until now still feels the impact of the sexual violence. Subject LK always involves God and her religion in every process of her life. The last is subject SI, who has forgiven and forgotten the sexual violence that happened to her by always improving herself support. Keywords: early adult women, sexual violence, resilience Kekerasan seksual merupakan suatu tindakan krusial yang menimbulkan banyaknya dampak negatif pada kehidupan korbannya. Tingkat kekerasan seksual setiap tahunnya terus-menerus mengalami peningkatan. Oleh karena itu kemampuan pemulihan diri kembali atau resiliensi sangat penting untuk menciptakan perkembangan positif dalam diri individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara mendalam mengenai proses resiliensi pada wanita dewasa awal yang pernah mendapatkan kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan data diperoleh dengan proses wawancara secara mendalam. Teknik triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik yaitu teknik observasi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Subjek NL melalui proses resiliensinya lewat karya-karya yang ditulisnya, melakukan banyak kegiatan baru, dan mendapat dukungan dari pihak profesional subjek NC sampai saat ini masih berusaha untuk melawan trauma akibat kekerasan seksual yang diterimanya, mendapat bantuan dari pihak profesional. Untuk subjek LK telah memaafkan pelaku dan menerima kekerasan seksual yang terjadi padanya, namun sampai saat ini masih merasakan dampak atas tindakan kekerasan seksual tersebut. Subjek LK senantiasa melibatkan Tuhan dan agamanya dalam setiap proses hidupnya. Yang terakhir adalah subjek SI yang mana ia telah memaafkan dan melupakan kekerasan seksual yang terjadi padanya dengan selalu memperbaiki diri.
