Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self-compassion on depression tendencies in lesbian early adult women in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a regression model. Data collection technique using snowball sampling. The number of subjects in this study were 200 lesbian early adult women in Indonesia. Data processing using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that self-compassion affects the tendency to depression. The significance value is 0.000 (p <0.05) and the regression coefficient is -0.213. The R2 value is 0.244 or 24.4% which indicates that self-compassion has an effect on depressive tendencies and the remaining 75.6% is influenced by other factors not examined. Keywords: Self-Compassion, Depressive Tendencies, Lesbian Early Adult Women Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh selfcompassion terhadap kecenderungan depresi pada wanita dewasa awal lesbian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model regresi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan snowball sampling. Jumlah Subyek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 200 orang wanita dewasa awal lesbian di Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan depresi. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0,213. Pada nilai R2 sebesar 0,244 atau 24,4% yang menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan depresi dan sisanya 75,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
